I wasn't sure about calling them after reading this review from the 2006, but all of the their reviews from Service Magic seemed great! Anyway, they answered immediately, even though I called after hours, they arrived shortly, the phone girl was very pleasant, technicians were on time and very professional, the results were beyond my expectations and the price was what I was originally told!
Pros: arrived when promised, worked over night, polite
Cons: none
Scheduled a carpet cleaning for 9:00am Saturday morning. At 10:00am, I called asking where they were. I was told that they had called my home number twice (phone never rang) and that they weren't sending anyone out. I replied that my phone was working fine, but they called me a liar. I hung up. They called me back and I answered (funny how my phone cuts in and out like that), and said that they could have a technican out in 20 minutes. I declined and told them they were fired. I don't tolerate insults from someone I hired to do work for me.
Pros: They answer their phone, eventually
Cons: RUDE, INSULTING, Don't keep their schedules.
