Great customer sertvice

The floor guy my contractor uses didn't have any vinyl samples in the upper categories (they "don't really do much vinyl.") Glover had them, let me borrow them twice, and held it out for my designer to see. Meanwhile the other guy wasted my time by having me drive 40 min to his store to p/u a book of samples that wasn't even the category I wanted (of course I didn't know that until I got home and had to later take them back!) Owner didn't even apologize that they screwed it up and wasted my time (w/3 kids in tow). I'm going to try to get my contractor to use Glover!!
Pros: had sample I needed & even held it for my designer
Cons: My contractor uses another guy-unless I can change his mind!

We went to a lot of flooring stores before we found Glover's, wish we would have gone here first so we could save a lot of time. These guys really know what they are doing. They helped us make to best choice for our home and the installers were very professional. We just love how it turned out for us.
