I bought my new Nissan Xterra through the internet staff (Crystal and Lisa) at Nisson South. It was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. This is my second Xterra, I owned my last one for 8 years. I contacted Lisa after a terrible experience at TeamNissan Marietta. I had a very specific request, knew exactly what I wanted. Although they did not have it on the lot, Lisa negotiated with a dealer out of state to get it for me. She had it shipped in but I was out of town and couldn't come get it for a week. I had already sold my old Xterra and was carless. When I got back into town, the General Manager came to my house to pick me up so that I could go get my new car. The transaction at the dealership took less than 30 minutes. The staff are friendly and efficient. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The price was exactly what I had found in my research online. It was a very easy transaction. I will send everyone I know to NissanSouth!

We were quoted a price over the phone for a NEW Altima, supposedly included the tax, tag, fees etc., The first car we were shown had 3,600 miles on it--I'd call that a USED car, not a new car. They reluctantly showed us one with only 19 miles on it. After THREE hours at the dealership, most of it waiting in a totally empty showroom with me @ 8 months pregnant and my 3 year old son (who fortunatly was enthralled with the Pimp My Ride on the television), I was then brought a contract with a price that was $60 more a month and $1000 more down. When we questioned this as opposed to the quoted price over the phone the salesman litterally yelled "GET OUT OF MY FACE" and swept all the paperwork we had already signed onto the floor and stormed out of the showroom. The management did NOTHING to help us out. They only tried to explain why the price in the paper (with 30 models available!) wasn't actually the price and the fees that were quoted to us really didn't mean anything.... At this point we just wanted the paperwork we had already filled out and signed back. The finance manager in what we can only laugh at now decided to play "keep away" and hold it above our heads making us jump for it. Yes, he did. The manager finally took it and shredded it in front of us. No apology nothing. Every single individual we encountered at this dealership acted as if it was their first car sale and they had NO IDEA why we would believe a quote actually meant we'd get a car for that. Do not patronize this dealership!

Pros: Large selection and many salesman just sitting around

Cons: Lied repeatedly, kept us for three hours for no reason, yelled, threw items and played "keep away" with the paperwork. Seriously.
