I can't even begin to explain how furious I am. This place is absolutely awful, DO NOT take your car here!!! I have had to make 3 trips and tomorrow will be 4. When the job was done the 1st time, I was told that the bubbles that i saw would work themselves out in 2-3 weeks, so I patiently waited the three weeks, and some had worked themselves out (might I add, very few) Not only did I find a fuzz in the passanger side window waiting the 3 weeks, but also scratches all over my windows. I took it back to the shop after the 3 weeks and they told me they couldn't do anything that day to fix it, so come back in a few days (another trip I have to make) so then I go back for the 3rd time and I show them the issues and they take it back to fix it. They brought my car back out after an hour and I look at everything and it looks as if they didn't even touch it, so i then point out that the fuzz is STILL in my window and all the bubbles are still everywhere!!! They take it back and redo my passenger side window(the one with the fuzz in it-THAT THEY PUT A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT SHAD OF TINT ON (supposed to be 35% and they put 20%) HOW STUPID CAN U BE!!!! They did not redo the driver side window like I had asked, that had the bubbles running up the whole window. So I now will be going back tomorrow for the FOURTH time! This is absolutely ridiculous, please take your car somewhere else. As we were waiting, while they we're 'fixing' my tint, a lady had pulled up with issues with her tint!!

I was looking for window tinting for my car, and Lam's was in town. My boss called for me to get a quote and specifically described my vehicle. She told me what they quoted her, and it sounded like a very good deal, so I called to see how long it would take and also to verify the quote. I described my car to a T, and they quoted me the same price they had given my boss and said that it would take about an hour and a half. So we drove over there, and spoke with the owner's wife. She came out, looked at my car and said, "No problem!". About 45 minutes later, I get a phone call at work saying,"Sorry, we didn't know that it was a wagon, so it will be $120.00 more.". I was FURIOUS!! Considering that 2 people had called and gotten the same quote. They then argued with me saying I wasn't specific enough with the description of my car, which was total crap.We agreed on a price(stupid me), and I just told them to go ahead.
After 4 days, I rolled down my driver's side window, and it completely tore! I called them immediately, and they said to just bring it in and they would take care of it. So again I am driving out there to drop off my car, and when they see it, they say,"Oh, I remember this, it was our fault and we will take care of it". Why hadn't I learned my lesson?!?
They say once again it will take an hour, so an hour and a half later, I call and then they tell me that it had nothing to do with their tint, it was my door's fault... SERIOUSLY??? So they will have to charge me $45.00 to take off the old and put on new tint. I let them know that it was total BS, and said I wasn't going to pay it! They were extremely rude and just to get my car out of there I agreed to give them $15.00. Once again, stupidity on my part.
Once I get into my car, I realize that they have changed my radio station to an obscene channel and it was BLARING, on top of the driver side mirror had been pushed away from the car(so automatically the driver will roll down the window to fix it and ruin the crap tint job). Talk about childish! Plus the new tint job on that window looks like crap!
As an earlier review said, I would not send my worst enemy to LAM'S "MORON"SPORTS!!!
