I got a prescription from America's Best (by far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life) when I lived in PA and I recently had it filled at Cumberland Pointe Eye care. The doctor gave me a discount on the frames I wanted to insure that my insurance would cover the entire cost and he was very helpful in keeping me under my limit that I wanted to spend. Upon getting the prescription, I noticed that my new glasses made my eyes hurt from constant strain so I went back the next day. They discovered that the prescription I received from America's Best wasn't even close to correct, which is of no surprise judging by the service I received there. So Cumberland Pointe gave me a new exam for $20 and sent out for my new lenses free of charge since my insurance only covers one pair of lenses a year. They have saved me hundreds of dollars and have corrected all of the errors America's Best made. I would recommend them to everyone.

They tried to sell me more expensive contacts and said the contacts I was wearing were no longer being manufactured. Turns out that was not true. The front desk girl was a pain to deal with. Her attitude was quite clear despite my blurred vision. I hope to never have to deal with her again. It took repeated calls to get things corrected. I would not recommend this place.

I love coming to this office - great care and I never feel like they are rushing me out of their for their next patient. While they offer a huge selection of designer eyewear, they are equally happy to sell me the basic frames that fit my budget.
