Sanda Gane'

Noemia is the best person to go to for your pedicure! I have very sensitive feet and needs special care. After going to countless places and getting pedicures, I have finally found a place who gives me the most for my money and my feet look great!

Galina is the best esthetician around. I go to her regularly to get my eyebrows, upper lip, and full bikini done. I refuse to let anyone else wax me. She does beautiful work with eyebrows, actually taking into account the shape of your face. Her bikini waxing is the best, oddly enough my favorite service here. AND she has even come in early on a Sunday to take care of me!

I have been to Lindsey to get a facial and she was great, too! I was having breakout problems and she gave me sacyclic acid products that cleared it right up!

I have gotten my haircut at Sanda Gane, as well. It was ok- not the best.

Pros: Galina is amazing!

Cons: Kind of pricey.

i was injured during a spa wax treatment, and they were quick to blame "my skin type", saying it was too thin & a fragile area anyway (whatever that means). She stopped the treatment, but the entire staff quickly became not so friendly, distancing themselves and still charged me full price. Two days later, i asked for a refund after it became infected, they disagreed and will not even return my phone calls.

I have had waxing at other day spas for over 10 years, and never had a problem before now.

Pros: quiet spa area

Cons: no concern for my injury

One of Sanda Gane' greatest assets is Lindsey. Her talent, personality and love of her profession makes every visit an outstanding and relaxing experience. I highly recommend the "Sandra's Favorite". It is a great value and Lindsey gives 100%+.

Each staff member whom I have encountered at Sanda Gane' have been kind and helpful. They make you feel welcome and appreciated.

It is my favorite of all spas!

At Sanda Gane, you are important!!! From the moment that you walk in the door, you get the best of services, and the attention you deserve! IThe excellent staff is well trained, and will work hard to make you feel the best you have ever felt about yourself!! If for any reason you are not happy with your results, the staff here is quick to do whatever is necessary to make you happy.

Young staff was unfriendly & unprofessional. Too much giggling and gossiping while i was in waiting area. One girl was having an argument on the phone with someone. After inquiring and being told several body services were not offered, i checked the web site to see that they were. I am sure they are ok hairstylists, but the term "day spa" really does not apply here.

Pros: clean

Cons: unfriendly, acted like they didn't need my business

I have been to spas all over the world. Who would guess my best experience is right here in Marietta, GA. The people are the friendliest, most knowledgable, easiest to talk to, that I have ever been around. The facial was sensational, the massage was the best. I will definitely be back.

I am in love with this spa! My mother got me a facial and manicure for Christmas and I went today to have both. They were running late and didn't start my facial until 30 minutes after my appointment time - which kind of sucked - but they offered me a free pedicure to make up for it. I didn't even have to complain or ask or anything. They just offered it to me out of the blue. The facial was amazing! I was so relaxed afterward. And the mani-pedi was equally awesome. Just an all around great experience! Highly experienced and knowledgeable staff that make you feel at ease and are very easy to have a conversation with.

Pros: Experienced staff; great customer service; clean; enjoyable experience

Cons: A little pushy with the products and "maintenance" appointments

My day here was fabulous. My massage with Rickey was one of the best I've ever had. The aesthetician Lindsay who did my facial was wonderful she's so knowledgeable; the products she used were great as well. Overall, I thought it was a great experience... the staff was wonderful I will be back.

At Sanda Gane European day spa we are highly trained professionals. We have never had any incidents in the waxing room before and we are really sorry for this misfortunate event. We appreciate telling us and since your report we have removed the Wax Off bottle from the room.

HORRIBLE experience. First time visit to this spa for a bikini wax. My person didn't make me feel too comfortable. When we were finished she said that if there's any wax residue on bikini area, use the baby oil or wax off. On the counter, there were only 2 bottles: 1 being baby oil and the other being a bottle that said...remove wax residue. So, I pour the wax residue bottle in my hand and the consistency was like water. So, I put it down there. And yikes...the burning. I told the therapist and she said...oh my gosh..that's like acetone and it's used to clean the wax residue off the bowl. My "parts" continued to burn so had to rush home and shower. Thankfully I didn't have a reaction, burns, etc. from the event. Crazy to leave something right on top of shelf that I'm supposed to use...... It would be like a bartender leaving a glass of bleach next to another drink. DUMB DUMB. I won't visit here again. Not nice.

I worked for Sanda Gane for a long time and anyone that owns a business knows how hard it is to find good people and train them properly in the service business. I have seen first hand not everyone cares about your businees like the owner does,Ive been one. Dont let your 1st not so great experience ruin it for you. Something unforseen may have happened that day. I no longer work for SG , But Sanda Gane Is a very caring person and loves her business, and has always tried to train the employees to always please customers and sincerly treat everyone kindly. If you had a bad experience call her personally and she WILL

This spa is wonderful!! I have gone to many spa's in the past and I have never found one quite like this. Emma, Ann Marie, Jennifer, Elaine. All of who I had the pleaser to meet are all in the hair department are wonderful. Their personalities are great and they always have a smile on their face. I enjoyed Dixon, but our personalities didn?t work. I needed someone who listened to what I wanted in a hair cut and color. The difference between the technicians was amazing. It?s rare to find a good place, but I have. I wouldn?t follow the advice of the other comments about this spa until you try it first; it?s just like a critic you can?t always listen to others until you find out for your self. Take the time to drop by this unique and spa defining place!

Pros: They have a way of makeing you just feel "Special"

Cons: I really didn't have a problem, but again I have no reasion to look for one!

I needed a good facial long time ago, but had a bad experince in the past. My friends referred me to Galena who is an esthetician at Sanda Gane's spa. I was pleasantly surprised with great professionalism and very friendly treatment that I received from her. I am not going to look for any other spa. I have already referred some of my other friends and all of them were very pleased. Great job.

I went and got my haircut at Sanda Gane, and i loved it! I have been to many other hair salons and this is the best I have ever been too! I am so relieved that I don't have to drive to Buckhead to get a great haircut!

My husband gave me a gift certificate that "never" expired from Sanda Gane Spa. I was going to have a massage but when I got there I've decide to have my hair done.
The receptionist was very professional and friendly! She offered me a beverage and I didn't had to wait for long to see the hairstylist.
My hairstylist was the nicest person ever! We talked about my hair and I felt like she was listening to what I want. When she washed my hair was the most relaxing hair washing I ever had! when she finished with my haircut it looks fantastic!
I went to work the next day and I got so many complements!
I will be back to Sanda Gane Spa over and over again!

Buyer beware - charges are added on when "proceedures" are done and you are not asked or informed of the cost before hand. I walked out paying $100 $115 including the $15 tip, for a hair cut that I would have had at 3-thirteen salon for $55. I was told by the stylist that she was going to do a treatment - not asked and not informed of the cost. I was not told in advance, that because my hair reached my shoulder blades that I would be charged $15 extra for the haircut. 3 thirteen does not discriminate on the length of your hair. I have a $50 gift card that someone gave me and I plan on regifting it because that won't buy me anything at Sanda Gane.

Pros: plenty of parking spaces

I call for a manicure and booked an appointment. When I got there, there was no manaicurist. So they had someone who does hair in their salon to do it. She was not good at doing nails I think her forte' was hair. I was not happy with the job she had done. The store was some nice things to buy but that's NOTwhat they are they for. I probably wont go back.

My wife had an appointment. First they called 30 minutes prior to cancel....then they told her to come on. Once she arrived, they told her she would need to wait 3 hours! Terrible customer service. No apology. No offer to provide her an incentive to come back another day. Won't last long with that type attitude in teh suburbs!

I have been to many spas in the Atlanta area, including the biggest and most well known. This is by far the best spa that I have ever been to. The people are extremely friendly and the whole spa is fun and exciting. I also have had great results that I can see on my skin. Everyone is very professional, I would highly recommend it.

I walked in to get a hair cut and left not only having that done but also with a new regime of skin care products and some new jewelry. I have been back several times to have little treats done and have recently sent my husband there for a massage. It is a great place and reasonable priced.
