I have had it with this branch (3601 Sandy Plains Rd). We took a check from State Farm over to deposit. It was made out to me, my husband and Wells Fargo. I had asked a teller ahead of time what would be required to deposit it--he said bring my husband and we would endorse the check with a bank officer. They kept us waiting 15 minutes then the woman came out and told us they would not DEPOSIT the check unless we brought in the paperwork from our insurance claim I called State Farm and they couldn't believe it; they had never heard of such a thing. The woman treated us like criminals for wanting to DEPOSIT a check made out to us AND TO Wells Fargo! She did not apologize and walked away from my husband when he complained. I didn't get her name but she had straight dark hair, shoulderlength, early 50s. Wells Fargo has a banner behind the tellers that emphasizes the importance of customer service. This bank does not provide customer service. They practice customer harassment. As soon as we can we are moving everything to a credit union and I am advising everyone I know to do the same. Enough already.

Went to this branch at Shallowford and Sandy Plains on saturday June28 2008 for a bank error done to my account I have been banking at this bank for 6 years and the problems I have had is with bank error and when I went there today one of the customer service people he was about 25 years old and blond hair was so rude and nasty he wouldnt even pull up my account on his screen to look at it, just told me it was my error. When I tried to explain this situation to him he told me very rudely to have a nice day and walked away. I went to another branch right away and the bank was closing but they let me in and the bank manager was so very helpful and fixed my problem. There was no reason why this other guy had to disrespect me in such a horrible way. I will be going back the the shallowford road branch on monday to get his name to file a formal complaint. I am also considering closing all my accounts with wachovia unless this guy is fired.
