I used to work for this school, and it was thee BEST place to work in childcare! I loved the decor, atmosphere and staff. The infant and toddler rooms were spectacular for the little ones, and all the rooms were very age appropriate and very well kept. Bright Horizons has one of the best educational programs out there and run their facilities great!

My kids were at this daycare for 3 years, and only changed because my son started kindergarten. I searched and searched for a daycare when my son turned 2, and couldn't find one that "felt" right. Many felt institutional and antiseptic. When I walked into Bright Beginnings for the first time, it immediately felt different. The infant room in particular has a homey feel to it, with big squashy couches and lots of fun play areas on the floor. They require everyone to take their shoes off before coming into the infant room (and they enforce it!) which I appreciated when my daughter came along. It costs a little more than some other places, and they don't allow for any vacation deduction, even after you've been there for a year, but I think the flipside is that they have a better qualified, more stable staff. The staffmembers are true caregivers, and I felt that they genuinely cared for and about my children. They have a Georgia Pre-K, which my son attended, and it was a well-run, educational program. They are attached to the NCR building at the corner of Satellite and Boggs Rd., but they accept community enrollments in addition to NCR employees' kids. They do not have their own kitchen, but get food from the NCR cafeteria - my only complaint there is that the food is not as varied as some other schools. Breakfast, for example, was usually something like cereal and milk, mini muffins and a banana, or yogurt. I do like a school that offers hot breakfasts at least some of the time. But overall, the care quality of care is the most important factor in a daycare, and I think they do an excellent job of that. Were it not for my son moving to kindergarten, both my kids would still be there!
