Unfortunately, I'm required to give at least 1 star, otherwise I would have given zero. Worst food/service in the area. I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews were written by employees/owners/influenced friends. Why are the floors so slippery? I felt like I was skating on ice from the door to the table. The Pizza was bad and didn't have sauce, we were told the cook read the order wrong, and were given a bowl of pizza sauce. To top it off, the sweet potato fries had a hair in them. Fail. One positive, the restaurant is nicely decorated.

This place was so terrible I'm actually writing this review at the table.

Great place for happy hour if you work in Alpharetta. Good brew selection and hearty entrees. I've also been here for lunch - pretty big place so it doesn't get too crowded.

My fiance and I went to this restaurant and the food was great. According to my fiance the beer is very good. I didn't have the beer since I'm not a big fan of beer. But the atmosphere was very nice and the food was very good.

A blend of food, drink and green. Earth-sensitive -- it adds its brewer's spent grain to its home-baked bread (makes good bread!) and shares the rest with a local organic farm, where it is composted to grow vegetables. 60 styles of beer, more than 13,000 gallons are on hand daily. Local produce, all-natural meats, and traditionally made cheeses. Bakes each of its breads and make everything else fresh.

Did not try the beer, hopefully that is their main attraction as the food was mediocre at best. The fried onion rings taste if they were coated with Jiffy muffin mix, and the meat in their soft-shell crawfish was non-existant.
The service was worse. After ordering our appetizer and 2 entrees, we waited 45 minutes while our waitress socialized at the bar with other employees (we were the only customers in the dining area). Finally we called her over to inquire as to our onion rings, to which she replied, "Oh I forgot those" (No apology). She then disappeared and returned with our appetizer and entrees all at once (again no apologies.)
How a eatery like this, and at these prices, can survive being in proximity to Garrison's and Ray's Killer Creek I cannot imagine.

I went to 5 Seasons for a work related farewell lunch. Considering the size of your party the service was quite good and they split the bill for 25 people. The food was mediocre at best. I had the salmon with curry sauce and rice. The rice was dried out. The curry sauce had the perfect amount of heat but NO CURRY flavor. It tasted like spicy warm milk. The salmon was dull as well. Others in our party had the very dry turkey burgers. Most did not finish their entre. The beef burger was not any better. The only really good food item was the french fries. I give 5 Seasons two thumbs down....way down. It was a complete waste of money.

Great food, beer, people-- what more can you ask for. I attended the opening party and was seduced by the fact that they brew their own beer in-house, and once I tried a few of them it was over. Great stouts and IPAs coming from their master brewer. They served appetizers-- recommend the wontons with ponzu sauce.
Recently I ate there with buddy of mine, and the secret of this restaurant occurred to me: it is no way shape or form pretentious. Once you glance at the low toned but rich and warm decor, the mid to high range prices (nothing ending in a .79 or .99 here folks), and the gourmet plates served (I recommend the lamb tenderloins)--all organic by the way, one thinks that this place is for the suits or that you'll have to convince little Ricky to sub his John Cena shirt for a button up, but the truth is the servers foster a very chill and fun atmosphere. There a few flat screens for watching sports, a private dining room that overlooks the main floor available, a patio to enjoy the weather and a sun room with darts.
So, real quick:
Food - you can taste the freshness of the ingredients, it's organic and the chef has a skill with mixing American cuisine and international traditional flavors and approaches.
Beer - No domestics here. All in-house brewed (you can see where they brew them behind glass walls) and they're great. I recommend the Espresso Black Hole or any of their IPAs (although they are always brewing different stuff, so try something new-- the servers always have their favorites). Even if you're not crazy about beer, give it a whirl-- you might be one among only a hundred or so people that will ever drink that particular beer.
Dessert - Much more of an apps guy than a dessert guy, so no feedback, sorry.
Price - A little steep, but well worth it. I mean they had a bottle of brandywine for $15 (a steal), and fresh sesame crusted tuna caught that day for $25-- the server told me that the other half of the fish was headed for the White House!
