The manager of Los Bravos is a huge problem....fails to honor coupons, makes derogatory personal comments about customers, and generally needs to find a job away from the public. The food is OK, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I'd love to talk to the owner of this restaurant and let him know that his manager is running off customers, many of whom have been going there for a very long time. The guy has always been unfriendly, but really showed his butt tonight. Too many Mexican restaurants in the area to put up with this fool's treatment. Spend your dining dollars at other restaurants.

I've only been there when this place first opened and it was PACKED! So it was the perfect LOCATION for a mexican restaurant, but they did not staff well and it took FOREVER just to get drinks and have our order taken. We gave up and didn't even eat on our first visit. After they settled in, we tried again, nothing great, but it was okay.

I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food, but the food here is really good.
My friend, who I went with, is a Mexican food fan and thought the food was excellent. The service is good too.

This place has become my favourite Mexican restaurant. Great food, good service, easy on the wallet. It is a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside, so I have never had to wait for a table. Could use a little more parking, but other than that a great place for lunch or dinner.

Love this place! Friendly staff. Dinners were brought out so fast. You won't leave unsatisfied. Many choices available on the menu and it's all delicious.

Manager is Chasing Off Business!

Pros: Food is OK
Cons: Manager has no concept of how to treat paying customers!
