This place truly takes folks for a ride. Their mark up on parts and labor is extreme. I bought my 03 nissan there and the first time I had a problem with it, it cost more than twice what someone else would charge. I was stuck though, as I was out of town so I went ahead and let them fix it much to my dismay. STAY AWAY folks, their mark ups are more than 50%

I took my Nissan Sentra here to get the trunk sealed because it was leaking. They took a look at it and said that it wasn't just the gasket, but they also had to seal the housing for the taillights... That whole process was pricey, of course. The guys did a great job though, and the customer service was exceptional. I'd go back here for service for things I can't get repaired elsewhere, but the cost is too high to do regular maintenance things at dealership prices.
