I paid for a classic facial from La Bella. Regular price is $75. It was my first visit to this salon. I got there 10 minutes before my appt. time to fill out the paperwork. Christina took me back into a very nice room for the facial. I had to undress completely since the facial also includes an upper body massage. She started the facial 15 minutes after my appt. time. I told her that I have sensitive skin and react to many products, but I still ended up with a rash on my face and neck. I've had facials before and not had that problem. The facial was very relaxing and included a massage of my hands, neck, shoulders, upper back and a little on my scalp. She told me that my skin looked very good and I should keep doing what I was doing for skin care. One of the things that I didn't like about the facial was the steam in my face. I found it very difficult to breathe and had to turn my head to the side several times to get in some air. Christina was very nice and professional. I was disappointed when she told me I was done and I got up to dress and looked at my watch and saw that it had only been 45 minutes since she started. I asked the receptionist on the way out if the 60 minutes included dressing and undressing time and she said no that they factor in an additional 10 minutes for that. She said that they had back to back appts. that morning. I definitely felt cheated and would have said more if I had paid full price. I think all salons should have timers in the room so that patrons can get a full 60 minutes if that is what they pay for. With a timer, there is no question about the amount of time spent.

Pros: Very nice facility in a great location.

Christina was very nice and professional.

I didn't pay full price but had a discount through the web.

Cons: Receptionist was not very friendly.

I did not get the full hour that I paid for.

I have a rash on my face from the products that were used. It's been almost a week and my skin is so dry and rough that it's uncomfortable. I think that the exfoliation was too rough on my sensitive skin.

I heard that the spa was recently taken over by new owners -- so I went in with high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience under new owners wasn't much different than before. The thought of having a local day spa in the area is great, but I'm hoping we get a well-known, proven day spa here in Paulding who knows how to treat customers that pay for premium service. I guess I'll keep driving to Cobb County...

Today was my first day going to Labella Spa and I was extremely pleased. The salon itself is gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. I loved the private pedicure room. The new owner who recently purchased Labella is really pleasant. Overall I had a great experience and I am excited that it is so close to my house.

I have had nothing but great service at LaBella! The staff is wonderful. I am so glad that a local salon carries Aveda and Merle Norman. Who knew that they also cut hair....

I have been going to LaBella for three years now and Love, Love, Love the Greenstone Massage! Ask for Beth. She is the best! While I was pregnant I was pampered once or twice a month with their pregnancy massage. I always leave feeling refreshed and tension free.

Do not buy pre-paid services here!!!! My husband bought me a series of body wraps and manicures and when I went for my fourth one, the new owner would not honor them!! The weird thing is that in her database it indicated that the services were pending and paid in full!!! She was very rude and will probably be out of business soon.

BEWARE! If you want to pay for a service and NOT receive it, then LaBella is for you! I was quoted a price for laser hair removal and paid it in full. I only received 2 treatments. On my 3rd visit, the owner said I needed to pay more! I was suppose to have 6 treatments.

I had a terrible experience at La Bella. I receive approximately 4-6 facials in a year and the one I received at La Bella was the worst facial I have ever had. The owner, who is not an esthetician performed my facial. I was given 2 fifteen minute masks. One where she barely rubbed my hands and then attempted to rub my neck through my robe (she had me wear a robe during the facial and any one who has ever had one knows you where a wrap or nothing so they can get to your neck, shoulders and upper chest) The second mask she left the room for 15 minutes. And then the only thing she did in between was clean my skin! She never used the general techniques like steaming my face or strokes of an esthetician. She covered my face completely with a hot towel for several minutes and left me to suffocate!! I was thoroughly disappointed in the choice the owner made to perform my facial instead of waiting until her esthetician could do it. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

I was given a gift card for Christmas and I went to the spa.I felt like a queen.What a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours,just being pampered.I am not really into this type of thing but once and a while to be pampered is the best.The staff was very attentive and the place was elegant.
