Just a little inside knowledge. Just found out Metro Valet was operating for the year 2013 under a phantom company named T2 logistics in High Point, NC. They have now dropped the Metro Valet name and are now operating as T2 logistics. Though they may actually be operating legally now don't be fooled by the name. They are still the same company.

I am happy to add my name to those who had a good experience with this shipper. Their price was half of what we got from another company, and they delivered our item (a large mirror) up to a storage warehouse in Massachusetts promptly and with no problems whatsoever. And all of this was handled with just an initial phone call to them to get the price and an email to advise them of where the item was going. Very satisfactory experience.

World class outfit with pricing you wouldn't believe!! I have been shipping the items I sell on ebay with Metro Valet for a while now and can honestly say that they truly are the definition of "White Glove Delivery". They always get my products there undamaged and prices are more than fair and reasonable. Delivery time is usually in less than two weeks in most cases. The items they deliver are insured and they are the only company I utilize. They deliver nationwide and are very reasonable considering the care and professionalism they consistently deliver.

I highly recommend these guys. I shipped with MetroValet on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, I had purchased a large format printer on eBay and MetroValet delivered from Georgia to northern California. The printer arrived in perfect condition. Jerry (the co-owner and a driver) and the other driver offered to help me assemble the printer, which was greatly appreciated because it was large and cumbersome. The next delivery was of a large format laminator from New Jersey to northern California. I was very satisfied with this delivery as well and appreciated their flexibility and great price. I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you have something off the run. Other delivery companies were not willing to deal with some of the delivery challenges of my job, but Metrovalet was very accommodating and professional.

Don't work with Andrew, the warehouse manager. He's unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me, screened my calls and berated me over the phone. Furthermore, he picked up my furniture without my approval - before I agreed to use Metro Valet. In the end, he wouldn't deliver my furniture and I was happy to move onto an easier experience with Rancho Buck.

I've had a very unfortunate experience working with Andrew at Metro Valet. I am very sorry to say that I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere, strictly because of how he treated me.

I think it's helpful for you to know the back-story, so that you can see the full extent of his poor customer service. To begin, I purchased a coffee table and a mirror in Atlanta about a month ago and requested that it be delivered to Charlotte. I tried for the next 3 weeks to get a quote and time frame from Andrew. Each time I spoke with him, he was short, rude and not helpful. What's more frustrating, he went out of his way to make my experience difficult. Each time on the phone, he said I can't help you today, but call me tomorrow - or next week - and I can "deal with you" then. He also told me that he would have information on price for me 'tomorrow' and repeatedly told me when I called back the next day, that he had a chance to speak with you about "everyone else" but me. He directly implied my business wasn't important to him. Had he just told me upfront how much it would cost, and when we could schedule the pickup/delivery, this would have been a very simple agreement.

When I called back yesterday, as he requested, Andrew informed me that he had already picked up the table from the showroom at America's Mart. Since he had not yet provided me with a firm quote (which again I was waiting on for 3 weeks), I had not yet agreed to the service. I was very frustrated that he picked up the table without getting my approval, and had proceeded with my request, without my consent. However, all of that I would be more than willing to move past, had he showed any respect or care in the way he spoke to me. He was abrasive, cutting me off, screaming and entirely unprofessional.

As part of this order, I needed Metro Valet to pick up from two well-known furniture companies. I called both of them for recommendations on who else to use, and it was very surprising to me that they both asked when I noted I was frustrated with Metro Valet, if I had been trying to work with Andrew. It's become very clear to me that you have a fine company when it comes to delivery, but so many people are frustrated with Andrew and his unwillingness to help customers in a fair, honest and straight-forward way.

I realize that one coffee table and a mirror (my order) is very insignificant in comparison to the size of other orders you process. I realize that this is my first time requesting service from Metro Valet and that I am not a long-standing customer. But still, it is so sad to me to see how poor of service Andrew provided to me. Had he been polite, honest and willing to help in any way, this would have been a very different story.

I hardly ever send reviews like this, but feel so strongly that you should know about Andrew's attitude and the impact on this business. A simple Google search for his name (which he wouldn't tell me, but was later confirmed), shows that he is infamous because of the way he has treated people long before my call last month.

We use Metro Valet for almost all of our deliveries. In the years we've worked with them, rarely have we had any problems. If anything did happen, (which come on, in this business it is unlikely that you're not going to run into a snag here and there) it was dealt with immediately. I highly recommend them.

AVOID! MISERABLE! Don't waste your time with Andrew. Disrespectful of our time/efforts to make a delivery date. Our delivery was rescheduled 5 times! Finally, on the date of delivery, the drivers called to say they were "25 minutes away" and my husband rushed home to meet them--the truck showed up nearly 1.5 HOURS LATER!!! Office staff is unhelpful. UNRESPONSIVE. UNCOORDINATED. NEVER AGAIN. FORGET IT!
