April 1, 2011 I ordered in my usual red curry (thai hot) but ordered with chicken instead of shrimp and squid. About 30 minutes after eating, I felt a cramp and major stomach ache and immediately had to vomit. the pain subsided somewhat

Went there for lunch.. ordered their appetizer Roti and Satay Chicken. not bad at all .. lunch specials comes with soup and rice... portion is pretty decent...had the Panang Curry . which was out of the world.. my friend ordered the Masaman Curry .. which was equally good.. the Roti was done just right..not oily at all.. and the Satay portion was big by my standard.. my friend liked the coconut soup with comes with the lunch.. just creamy enough without being too thick and with a hint of lime juice .. just enough to give the soup its subtle flavour..they have a full bar but we did not order any drinks from the bar. thinking of going back for dinner soon..

Top Spice has really good Thai food. They have fabulous pad thai. The coconut soup is really good too. I have also tried the masaman curry and it is one of my favorites.

I came in for lunch and ordered jasmine tea. It was served with a tea mug, a tea bag I had to take out of the package, and a plastic thermal carafe full of hot water. This cost $2.50. That's what loose-leaf tea steeped in a cast-iron teapot served in a small cup should cost. Anyway, I ordered a vegetable dish. It was good, nothing special, but not bad, either. No chopsticks in sight. I could have asked for them, but I shouldn't have to. The piano music CD was relaxing and classy. The atmosphere was not highly ambient, but clean and attractive. Ha: the waiter was hitting on this poor single girl on her lunch break at the table behind me asking her none-of-your-business type questions. She clearly didn't want to be approached and was being as tactful about it as possible, but the waiter still wouldn't quit. She got her food to go instead. I was so happy for her that she did that. Even being a fly-on-the-wall to that incident gave me the creeps. There are much better Thai lunch spots in Atlanta than this one, especially for the price.

I have eaten in the restaurant once, and it is fine. But the food is definitely my favorite part. I placed an order for delivery with them one time, and I had to give them directions (my house is a townhouse, and hard to find). Now, when I call and give my phone number, they have my name and address on file. I just tell them what I want, and can give them my credit card number for easy payment, and they generally arrive with my food in about 30 minutes! Like I said, the retaurant is nice, but theirs is definitely my favorite takeout!

Top Spice has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The location is a little odd, tucked away in an outdated shopping center between a post office and Toys-R-Us, but once you get inside, the place is transformed. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is great, and the portions are gigantic.

I love Thai food, and was so happy to have found Top Spice the first time I went. So happy that I took my whole family when they came to visit. I ordered the pad see-u, which was still great, but the others all ordered pad thai, and it was terrible. I really mean bad. Didn't taste like pad thai at all, and everyone sent their's back. The waiter said they had a new chef and he forgot to put some ingredient in. When he brought it back, it was only slightly better. Now I can't convince my husband to go back.

This was my first time at restaurant and when I walked in, I noticed that it was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The waitress was friendly and she was helpful with helping me choose an entire and she was on top of things. The food looked good and it was. I really liked the curry chicken appetizer. Over all I was happy and will be going back.

I've had a lot of Thai, and this is really impressive. I could get anything and like it. They also have great dessert. The price is normal, but not cheap.
