Murray Joseph D Dds - A Access Emergency Dental Care

I didn't like my first dentist office because I never get to see the dentist only the oral hygienist (only when he come in to numb me). So I decided to go to Dr. Murray office. I have the best experience there ever. I love the staff and the dentist there. They make my visit very pleasant. They even have t.v in every room to district the patient from worrying about their procedure. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Murray's work is good, but sometimes, the customer service skills around his office is not that great. Like all medical practices, they seem to only care about the insurance and how you will be paying for the services more than anything else. Dr. Murray needs to spend more time educating his patients on proper dental care and how to properly care for their teeth after a major procedure such as a root canal. When he diagnose the problem with your teeth, rather than him explaining the recommended procedure to you, his hygienist comes in and show you a video on the procedure and then bring in an itemized bill to show you how much the procedure will cost. If you don't have insurance, they will try to persuade you to finance the procedure in lieu of offering a viable payment plan where they don't have to check your credit. I felt pretty disgusted by that. Overall, he does good work, but on the business side of the practice, that could use a lot more work.

The staff is very personable. For those of you who are not fond of the dentist...this is a delightful experience, and the care I received while there was excellent. You will forget that your at the Dentist..Thank you to the Murray Staff and Dr. Murray Sincerely,L. Barrett Atlanta,GA
