I am so sick and tired of going in this bank and getting harrassed to open an account. They harrass you worse than the cable guys in Walmart! And instead of just having the tellers to get your thumb print on the checks, you have to go over to a desk and WAIT, and in the meantime the line is getting longer. Take today for instance. I go in and as usual the line is long, I tell the AA woman who sits at the second desk to the left when you enter, that I need to put my thumb print on my check. All she had to do was walk over to her desk to get the ink pad. But instead she tells me to wait until she comes back from the back. So I get in line because the people are coming. She had the NERVE to make me get out of line, and when I got back in line I was at the END of the line. And to add insult to injury, the dark skinned, curly hair teller had a female customer who held the line up for almost 30 minutes RUNNING HER MOUTH! Constantly taking him off focus from his job. She was telling him her life story, and he was deep into the conversation. I think when customers do this, they are hiding something and trying to distract the teller. It took this same guy almost twenty minutes once to cash my check. It's very frustrating when they do this, because the majority of the customers work in the area and only have an hour for lunch. The Wells Fargo in the Edgewood Retail area on Moreland Avenue is far more organized. They have the ink stamp with the tellers and the process is smooth. They like to play these wait games as if we are not intelligent adults. The company I work for has a very huge account with them, I shouldn't have to go through the drama EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm there. I will NEVER open an account with them, because they have entirely too many bad reviews online as well as on the Rip Off Report site. And it's true...there were only TWO TELLERS!

I dont understand why this branch of Wachovia NEVER has more than 2 tellers working. I have yet to use this branch and not wait 20 minutes to reach the teller. I use 5-7 different branchs around Atlanta and never wait more than 1-5 mins. This branch will have lines 30 deep waiting for a teller. Then on top of that, the tellers are beyond rude. Avoid at all cost if possible.
