Just try calling Customer Service and see how long they put you on hold, never give good service, and then hang up on you. I have called only 3x's in the 1.5 years of service of being a HD customer with all the premium channels I call in always friendly professional tone only be greeted by Reps in Customer Service. I was only trying to see why my box would only show in 1080i vs. 1080p? Well after waiting 7mins to get there, 4 mins to verify me and tell me right away about special, and then finally I'm on hold without even being asked why I called!! Well after many silent holds (mute buttons) the lady states your box will not do 1080p she states she will send a box that will give me 1080p she tells me to hold again. After 11mins I say hello and she states "hold-on" Sir I'm going to get you a box again so please continue to hold. After 6 1/2 more mins of hold I hear her breathing but no answer to my hello are you there? Hello are you okay? She hangs up on me. I call back get a simular experience and I go through all kinda verification again only to be told hold on again. After a few minutes of hold again I get told to hold again I will get a Supervisor for you ( I didn't ask for one) after 15mins again I get a gentleman whom tells me the same spill about how sorry they are, I'm a great customer, and the same spill he tells me he's not a Supervisor, he's not a tech, and he will have a Supervisor call me back by August 5, 2008!!!! I would NEVER to business with the company again. They never even noted the account from the 1st time I called. Sorry this company doesnt care.
