when they 1st opened up, the service was great. we went again Superbowl Sunday and not many customers were there. the waitress was complaining to us about being understaffed for that sunday and etc. it took forever to get anything from her. I told her that under my table was a slick death trap, even told her I would clean. nothing ever happened. when she got around to bring customers drinks, she never took away the empty's. looked back at the bar and 4 workers were just standing around. we tipped according to the service and that made me feel horrible because I believe in tipping. I did write a note on the poor service...now as for the food, all I could taste was the drowning of the sauce. Paradiso, you need to get it together! You have a beautiful brand new building that is giving me flashbacks to your old dump. shame on you!

My Mom and sister love this place, but now that I'm married to a man from California, I appreciate genuine Mexican, which this is not. The old place was always dirty, so I'm glad they upgraded (haven't been in the new place). I guess it's what you'd expect from Mexican food in Minot, but I can think of others places to get much better.

Make sure you dig through the toppings, beans and cheese to make sure you got what you ordered because I did'nt and was made to feel like I was a dumb ass. Oh well.... everything tasted the same. It all tasted like chili powder. Yuck! After two bad meals there I will never go back, should have stayed away afer the first time.

We were in Minot for business and saw Paradiso; the outside looked promising. We were in for a huge disappointment. The chips they bring to the table tasted like the baked kind you buy in a bag at the grocery store..tasted like cardboard. The salsa tasted like canned tomato sauce with a few things added..no flavor. We ordered chicken nachos, chicken burritos and soft tacos. The chicken was canned with no flavor. We also had margaritas and again no flavor..watered down. We checked the reviews for this restaurant and there were no bad ones (we were surprised) so for the sake of all you travelers out there I took the time to let you know..don't waste your money. You can get much better food at the local fast food Mexican places.

This is a great place for happy hour! It has great food anytime of the day! I would recommend a margarita and a chimichanga along with some chips and queso!
