I have a more in depth review on google maps, but given the length limitation, I will paraphrase. I cannot post a link, so you will need to search for 'pyramid computer services anchorage, ak' and click the reviews for the W dimond store. There is another review by a man named Jeff, who also makes a very accurate point.
But I digress....The manager, Sean is an extremely arrogant man who is not above boasting about his position in the company and his supposed experience in the armed forces. He told me outlandish stories about his trips abroad. All I did was bring in my computer to try and find an upgrade. After he tried to impress me with his arrogance, he criticized my choice in computers and tried to convince me to purchase a brand new computer instead of upgrading my computer, which was giving me absolutely no problems, except for being a little sluggish. He called it "low end junk" and tried to tell me it was "not upgradeable." I am no computer expert, but I do know a little bit about them. I have 2 open slots for memory and 3 open sata ports. At the very least, I could have doubled my memory and added a second hard drive for my pictures and music. No, he insisted I buy a new $2000 computer and throw mine in the trash. All the sudden, he inexplicably told me about his $5000 media center, which resides in his apartment's loft. Finally, I had enough and told him to just give me the memory. He called out one of his employees, who I could tell had been working on something important by the way he was protesting being taken from his work, and had him bill me for the memory. In the background, I could hear Sean arguing with his wife/girlfriend. As the guy was running my credit card, Sean came out and rudely interrupted our conversation by exclaiming he had to "buy diapers and macaroni" and that he would be back. I was speechless. I will NEVER return to Pyramid, ever. For any reason. Sean, I hope you are happy, you have lost a customer _forever_.

Pros: None

Cons: The entire experience. Sean should definately lose his job.
