Now that they are employee owned, their service is top notch. No matter who you talk to in the dealership, they are upbeat, knowledgeable, smiling & helpful! They have come a long way and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my service and new cars!

When we moved up here, Mulkin took care of all our service needs in a timely, cost effective manner. They were very professional and helpful. We ultimately bought a vehicle there and warranty service has been very good. The only complaint is that it is hard to get a warranty complaint appointment in a timely manner, but once there-the service is fine-no complaints.
