I am a new patient of Colchester Dental Group and was wowed every step of the way. From check in to check out. I left feeling like they respected my time, my concerns and needs. They are very efficient with their schedule as I was seated and treated promptly. I felt like I was seen more as a friend not just a patient or customer. I can see why so many of their patients say positive things about them in the Free Press. I, however, just prefer to sing my praises on line. Great job!!

Dr. Palm is warm, friendly and truly cares about his patients. He respects their feelings and help them feel good about themselves. You feel like you're in the hands of a trusted friend who happens to be the most competent dentist in the area. S.L.

I can't tell you how their service is because I wasn't even allowed to have an appointment! When I first called this office, I was given an appointment FOUR MONTHS in advance. I tried to reschedule my "New Patient" appointment, due to something unexpected, a week in advance and I was informed that "they don't do that." The reason they don't reschedule new patient appointments is because "the people that reschedule their first appointment usually reschedule their second and fourth appointments." So I was basically stereotyped as an "appointment canceller" by their office and was not allowed to have another appointment. If you can predict what's going to happen four months from now, go ahead and schedule an appointment with this office. If not, stay away.
