This place advertises everywhere. So their pull from the community is really good. They specialize in getting someone 's loan bought that may have a blot on their credit. They got us a loan with in 48 hours.

This place advertises everywhere. So their pull from the community is really good. They specialize in getting someone 's loan bought that may have a blot on their credit. They got us a loan with in 48 hours.

Will try to make a long story short. Refinanced in May to lower payment. Current loan with Countrywide new loan going to Countrywide. Questioned escrow info on HUD. Shown Initial Escrow Account Disclosure Statement in settlement packet where sufficient funds were to be transferred from existing escrow to new account. Happy at that time. Referred several people to Synergy Direct. November received Escrow Acct. Review from Countrywide showing account $850.07 in arrears! Payment will increase $77/month if not paid in full making new payment $40 more than before refinancing. Tried to contact Pete Crespo, my Synergy loan officer, never received return call. Informed by Countrywide that on 6/2 /08 they received payoff request from Daniel Morseberger at Synergy with no direction to hold funds for transfer to ecsrow. Contacted Jim Curran, settlement attorney for Synergy. Nothing he could do I had to take it up with Synergy.
Spoke with outside real estate attorney, informed 'It is the loan officers responsibility to review all documents and make sure everything is as stated in settlement packet.' Was told basically the same thing by Maria Zuniga, Countrywide customer service manager. 12/02/08- Spoke with Siobahn Merritt, loan manager at Synergy. Put the blame on Countrywide, however she would be willing to send me a check for $200 for my inconvenience. 12/16/08- No check yet. Contacted Ms. Merritt, she thought check had been overnighted, would check and get back to me that day. No return call. Left messages for Ms. Merritt 12/17,18 &19 with no response received. 12/22/08- Sent letter to Don Scioli CEO Synergy Direct Mortgage regarding situation. As of today 1/9/09 I have received no response.
The bottom line here is they all were paid fees, commissions etc. at my expense. It is truly obvious they don't care about their customers once the deal is done.
