SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle was very quick to respond when I had a water damage in my basement. Someone was out on sight within 2 hours from my initial phone call. They were extremely professional and explained everything in detail about what needed to happen and what I could expect before they even started the work. This really put me at ease. They communicated with me from start to finish and did a final satisfaction inspection with me once the whole job was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an emergency.
