I had used L&S for years. No complaints. Brought car in for state inspection sticker and the inspection turned up that my battery was very very low and my rear brakes (have front/rear on allwheel drive car) were "dangerously low" I was alarmed because I already paid (and have the receipt that says) L&S competely replaced my front and rear brakes six weeks prior. I think they charged me for rear brakes that they didn't put in. The kid on the phone said he'd look into it. They called me back an hour and a half later (time enough to fix their deceit) and said there was a misunderstanding. The tech had been looking at another car that needed brakes... not mine. I asked, "This other car ALSO has a very low battery?" The likelihood of there being two all-wheel drive cars that had low batteries being mixed up is ZERO and the likelihood that they didn't put the rear brakes they charged me for six weeks ago on the car but in discovering that I now knew, they quickly installed them that morning and then called with a cover story of a mixup is VERY LIKELY. Your sin will find you out. These guys tried (and succeeded) in ripping me off by pretending to install brakes, and coming in for another thing, they covered their tracks double quick. I AM SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE CHEATS WITH EVERYONE I KNOW. Forewarned is forearmed
