Home Depot

Home Depot likes to use subcontractors for virtually every home improvement need out there. They use companies who already do that type of work and tack on 20%. Also, because you buy from the Home Depot, the hourly employees who input the orders always seem to mess it up. I had nothing but problems with them regarding my windows. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I totally agree with a prior poster. Home Depot never has enough staff and it's near impossible to find things if you're unfamiliar with the store.
There should be a kiosk in the middle of each store with an associate who helps people locate things or to give advice. That would be very helpful.

They don't have enough staff for any department. They never have more than two cashier's. When you have stuff to do you don't want to be in a store for hours.

everything you need for the house is here,from plumming to do it your self teachers,they have classes and teach you,books on how to repair,antone can repair this stuff!!women get out your hammers,it is not a mans world after all!!

PROS: everything you need from lites to plumming to doors
CONS: no cons,learn all you want

They recommended the wrong product for my floor and that product ruined my floors permanently. They denied everything even with a receipt. After a year they had my floor repaired to say the least and never paid the guy who "repaired them"
