We have entrusted the care of our pet dog and companion Bran to Triangle Tower for the past 13 years. We have been pleased and well satisfied with the excellent care Bran has recieved, from routine exams, treatment, maintenace, surgery, grooming and boarding. The staff is extremely procificient, knowledgeable and courteous. \nFor the past three years we have been fortunate to have Bran under the care of Dr. Azure Holland DVM. Dr. Holland is a skilled and compassionate professional who has sucessfully treated and guided Bran through numerous potentially serious maladies associated with aging, She has exhibited excellent skills as a diagnostician, practioner and surgeon with care and understanding. \nDr, Holland maintains a focus on the primary client, the pet while providing communications, understanding and explanations for family members. She thoroughly explains diagnosis, treatment options and prognosis with sensitivity and consideration. \nWe are grateful for the care that this important member of our family has recieved from Triangle Tower and in particular Dr. Holland. We would be pleased to recommend Dr. Holland and Triangle Tower without reservation.\n \n

I would like to say that Dr. Ghiloni was recommended to us after our dog tore a main ligament in his leg. We took our dog to VCA Triangle Tower Animal Hospital and everyone in the office was very nice. Dr. Ghiloni took his time explaining the injury that our dog had and he gave us all the options. We decided on the surgery since there was no way that he would ever be able to put his leg down again if we didn't have the surgery. We were nervous about leaving him overnight since he is never away from us and he is 10 years old. The staff called and informed us every few hours of the status and when the surgery was over Dr. Ghiloni called me and gave me an update. He also told me that he removed 3 of our dogs teeth that were terribly decade. I was totally surprised as we had his teeth cleaned at our regular vet less than a year ago.We are now 4 months out from the surgery and our dog is running and playing like he use to do. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ghiloni and his staff.

I brought my new kitty to the vet for his required shots and the people could not have been nicer! The vet was really sweet and the vet tech was great with him too.\r\n\r\nI would highly recommend the hospital also because they stay up to date on procedures using the newest equipment and the easiest way for your pet.

Previous vets I have attended, do examinations and do any procedures in front of you. However this place takes your pet away from you into a seperate room. Unfortunatley my dog which I picked up from the shelter a couple of weeks ago, was returned to me with a limp. Now you have to be either holding a dog wrong of using to much force to sprain a little 4 month old puppy dog's paw. I had to pay for the "examination" I did not see and was not offered any pain meds for my puppy. I do not recommend this place. If you do choose to go here, demand that they exam your animal in the same room as you. Who knows if you are getting the treatment you paid for.

I cannot recommend the Doctors of Triangle Tower Hospital with enough enthusiasm. These Doctors are the best. I had a very difficult situation with my puppy and the Doctors and staff were consummate professionals. The staff at Triangle Tower are amazing, they great you with a smile and treat you with respect and care. The other reviews on this site are ridiculous, what do these other people expect, free care? Give me a break. The level of professionalism combined with a friendly atmosphere at Tower is unsurpassed by the other Vets around Raleigh and Tower is very considerate of value walking you through the costs and they are reasonable and competitive.

Pros: Informative, Compassionate, Reasonable Costs

Cons: None, these guys are the best, hands down

I assumed that Vets were like doctors and would not let anyone suffer needlessly. I brought Conway Ferns to you on Friday, May 14, 2010 with a bite on his shoulder and a broken canine. You would not help him because I did not have a job. Instead you suggested the SPCA. I found out through the SPCA that you are the Vets for them. Conway Ferns was considered the ""Gentle Giant"" as he loved everyone and wanted attention from everyone. He was only 2 1/2 years old and a Maine Coon. He was my beautiful ""boy"". I say was because, at the SPCA, the euthanized him that night because they said he was aggressive and growling. He was hurt and needed help. What oath do you take when you become a Vet.? Is it similar to a Physician? Pets become part of our families and as such our children and least mine do. Because you would not help him, he is dead. I hope that you are happy with the kind of service your practice provides to your patients during trying times. I guess you see them as nothing more than some creature that walks on four legs and can be discarded at any time. To me and to others they are our children and need our help. Regardless of financial ability. If your child need a physicians help you would be given it whether you could afford it or not. My ""child"" was not given that opportunity.

Pros: Although friendly, it was not help

Cons: Not the same code as physicians, Money or die

Please do not take your pets here. For the 3rd time, they have screwed up our 2 cats fecal sample. The first time, they just did not bother to call us after the results were back in. It was only 2 weeks later that I called them to ask them. Luckily, the results were negative. The 2nd time, they didn't bother to call us with the results. They had the results for almost 1 month when my husband finally called about something else & they informed us that those test results came back very positive for worms. And now this 3rd time, guess what. They lost the fecal sample. How do you lose poop??? They're blaming the lab, but either way, we are taking our pets to Bayleaf Hospital. I have heard nothing but good things about Bayleaf.\r\n\r\nThe vets themselves are ok at VCA, but it is not worth something going wrong every single time. It is unacceptable.

Pros: Nice Vet

Cons: They can't do anything right

Have been going here for many, many years but can no longer handle seeing a different vet every time. They don't even know who we are - have to start from scratch every time. I'm now transfering all our records to another place, but if you can handle this sort of thing you'll do fine. It's sad to me, but maybe the new place will make us smile again.

The staff here really seem to care about the animals and your wallet. I appreciate being given treatment options for our pets. We have been there a few times and have always been pleased with the service.
