Went to Home Depot and I called Empire Today and The Carpet Guys...I went with The Carpet Guys and I counld't be happier their Service is top notch and the Workers where awesome..I will call them again...

My husband and I called a few carpet places, but "The Carpet Guys" had the best prices. The quality of the carpet was alot better then Empire even though they were charging almot double what "The Carpet Guys" were asking.

Found the prices competitive with other carpet stores..Had work done last year by Smart carpet and was very satisfied with there work..Being a new business in this area i will be sure to give them a try in the near future..

I had carpet installed on 09/12/2008 almost immediately the carpet started to buckle. I have tried in vain on several occasions to contact the company regarding this problem via e-mail and telephone calls. To date (05/12/2009) no one has returned my call. I did speak with someone from the company back in November and was told that someone would be out to take a look at the carpet. I have tried in vain since that time to speak with someone. For this reason I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company.

The carpet guys proved themselves to be experienced, prompt and thorough when they carpeted my basement and bedroom. I was satisfied when the job was finished, and felt I had chosen the right carpet installer.
What more could you ask for?

The Carpet Guys came to evaluate my carpet "situation" and whether anything could be done to fix or tighten my existing carpets. We had ours initially installed by Home Depot and within a year, we had ridges and bumps in our carpeting. According to Carpet Guys, the HD installer had not installed the carpet tightly enough and the result was the loosening in a short time frame. When they did the tightening job, they actually cut away about 2 inches of excess carpet from the edges that should have been done on initial installation. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and my carpet is now back to how it should look. I appreciated the honesty in the assessment and the job was quick and clean. I highly recommend them for any job.

I just had my carpeting replaced by The Carpet Guys They did a great job of carpeting my bedroom and came exactly when they were supposed to.
I would definitely use them again.

I hired the carpet guys a few weeks ago. Like the ghostbusters, they came, they saw, and they kicked ass!!!! It was reasonable, they did the work quickly, and they removed all of the old carpeting and the trash quickly.

I left in the morning, and when I came home from work, they were finished.

I also had them put carpet on my staircase and it came out nice. My wife is happy, and the compliments are raining in. Just wanted to commend them on a job well done.

"Quick, accurate and easy. I was under some time restraints to get some carpet installed. He came out Sunday morning to do the measurements and provided me with a quote. They were in the following Monday (only because of me) yet could have provided the service within two days. Extremely fast and completely understood my needs."

The Carpet Guys installed new hardwood floors in my living room and dining room and they look perfect! It was great doing business with them. They were nice and patient with us and worked around our budget. I will certainly use them again.
