I had reason to use this Hospital in an emergency and I found the staff and more particularly the vets excellent at their job - they also have a large variety of different foods and their staff is well versed in the pros and cons of each kind.
I had a sick chinchilla and didn't know where in Eugene to take her. Being a small town, it is hard to find vets who specialize in exotic pets. But I went to Westmoreland and the vet I saw was very knowledgable in small animals and was able to do an exam on her. They can also get you in right away, as opposed to other clinics that have a wait.
