Home Depot

Purchased a Hardwood floor. Did a good amount of research. Three Home Depot sales people who worked in the flooring department insisted the flooring wood withstand animal traffic, two giving me stories of personal experience with the product. Three days after install, I noticed several deep indents from my dogs claw. I don't have a big dog and it was normal traffic. When I returned with the complaint, not one employee remembered anything about our previous conversations. They were lying. When ever I wanted to speak to a store manager I was told it was against store policy to bring a customer in contact with the store manager because of the possibility of a robbery, instituted from past experience. Eventually the manager sent a representative to look at the floor. He took pictures and raved about how bad the floor looked. He promised that his report would definitely be in my favor. It took two weeks to get back in touch with this man. He said to me, We will give you five cases for replacement. The floor was tongue and groove and was destroyed all over. I asked what happened to being in my favor and he replied that he didn't.t know what I was talking about. He wasn't working for the company the following week. When all is said and done, no employee, including the manager was honest. They lied, ignored, and refused to acknowledge the problem. In the end, I worked with the Better Business Bureau and received full replacement value in the form of a laminate

Wow... the customer service and in stock situation at this particular Home Depot exceeded my expectations, just about every time I visit. The employees are top notch, and very knowledgable, and helpful, especially that tall guy named John in the Hardware department... he knows it all it seems... I just love that store!

has a lot things u can buy for your house and garden. they one thing i like about home depot is that they never run out of stock. they always have everything i need

I found this store to have the greatest help, of course its a large store and the staff stays with you untill you say thanks and head to the register. I always find everything I need and the price is always good.
