New in town and looking for a vet, I brought my dog in because of a skin infection. This is the only Vet I've been to where my dog (absolutely harmless) was brought to the back, out of site, for an examination and treatment. The staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean, but I wouldn't go back, just because I like to be a part of the exam and treatment of my pet.

I've used this clinic for 13 yrs but since VCA took over, I've decided to find another vet. The staff is often rude and I've felt that they are more concerned about what services they can sell me than in treating my pets.
PROS: The vets are very competent
CONS: Expensive, and lacking in quality customer service

At Arroyo Animal Hospital you can rest assured that your pet will be well looked after if sick, and neatly groomed if in need of a bath. While they might be expensive compared to other pet care clinics, their staff are courteous and have your pet's well being in mind. I will definitely take my cat back for future visits when needed.
PROS: Located in the heart of Lake Forest - close to many business parks
CONS: A little pricey; but pleasant staff and concerned for pet's well-being
