We are switching vets TODAY! Not only is this a horrible place but they made me feelt guilty when I couldn't pay to have a list of 20 items done to my cat. Including a cat scan,five different random things she didn't need right that moment (fecal/urinalysis) she was in for stitches! When I told them I couldn't pay they lowered the price. I asked WHY I couldn't pay the lower price in the first place and she said (a vet I'd NEVER met before) that they have to make money! Excuse me? Changing the price from 900 dollars to 300 dollars is MORE than just to make a profit! Thats price gouging! Also the revolving door of assistants and doctors is dizzing! The vet actually told me that if she had KNOWN the cat had a history with this certain thing she would have KNOWN what was wrong and told us but she didn't KNOW...she could have READ the file couldn't she? Plus in the first place i was kept waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I was brought to a room and while waiting I heard the receptionist say on the phone that they have no one in right now the schedule is completly open..to someone who wants to bring their animal in! THEN WHY DID I have to wait 45 minutes? I waited even longer once in the room! Finally after three leaflets and a magazine two tech's came in to take my cats temp and weigh her and my cat LOVES the vet she loves people and was there for stitches! She was on her best behavior like always at the vet and the one tech grabs her and holds her down like a crazy person...like my cat was going to leap across the room or something and then to try and calm her because she doesn't like being held down he started rubbing her fur the WRONG WAY...I'm not joking you! Who pets a CAT the wrong way? I took my cat away from him and smoothed her fur and the other tech asked him to wait outside. I sat my cat down and she stood perfectly still while the remaining tech took her temp/weighed her/listened to her heart/breath? All the while she was a perfect little angel just wanting to be pet..Plus in the past month alone I've had five different doctors! Forget this! I'm switching TODAY! The reason I bring my cats here in the first place is because its the closest! My cats don't like long trips and it makes me sad the yowling...well I guess we'll have to look elsewhere and suffer an extra couple of minutes!

I've been taking my animals to this facility for over 15 years, back when it really was Moffat-Minnick (their still listed as that on my phone). While the staff has always been very professional and knowledgeable, over the last 5 years or so it seems to be a revolving door Doctors and staff. It used to be that they knew me and they knew my animals. Now, unless I have an issue other than their yearly exams the Doctor you saw last year has moved on and "oh, whats your name again". If you don't mind what I call the 'Group Health' approach to your animals care, Kent VCA Clinic is a great place. Personally, I like a Vet that knows my animals from their first shots to their final day.

This veterinary office used to be Moffitt Minnick Vet Hospital. It is now staffed by a crew of young, female vets. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They hurt when my pet hurts. Hours are 7 am to 7 pm seven days a week, which is a real plus.

The staff was very professional and knew what they were doing. Our cats got good care there. Everyone was friendly, including the "office cats" roaming around.

A great place to take your pet. The staff was so nice, they made it very enjoyable to be there. They were very gentle with my cat, and were very helpful in awnsering all of my questions. The rates are very reasonable. The office was not hard to find at all. They even knew who we were when we walked through the doors.
