When VCA shut down their office in Aliso Viejo, I was crushed. The people I had known and that had take care of my animals for years were sent to other hospitals. They transferred my pet's records to the Mission Viejo branch and I am happy to say that my pets received the same fantastic treatment there as they did at AV.

Things you should know before you take your animals in

I spent some a considerable amount of time there behind the scenes. I think people ought to know what can happen if they are cared for there...during recovery from surgery, their pet might get a good smack on the head from one of the Techs. They might get "played with" inappropriately during routine testing...I witnessed the same Tech beating her dog. More to list. Hopefully the hospital will wise up and replace this person. Not someone who is equipped to lovingly take care of patients.
