It has been almost two years since any report and hundreds of satified BRIDES and clients. Thank you everybody for all the visitors all over the world. This marks 18 YEARS Coastline Limousine has been on Maui.

On 11-11-11 was a very high volume day for the world, Especially Maui! Out of 8 weddings that day, Coastline's Ginger pulls up to our clients resort, calls out the name of the bride and groom, and two say "yes", and the couple get in to the limo. This was the mistake, double asking was required that day because of the volume of weddings. The first couple was late by almost ten minutes, our couple was too. Ginger brought the couple back, wished them happiness and quickly had the correct couple board. All in all our bride was 20 minutes late to the wedding (common on Maui), the driver was only ten away when mistake was discovered, and bride, groom reported to be happy, I had no idea the purchaser was going to want even more than she agreed?. I compensated the purchaser with one hour free, she accepted then it looks as if two days later wrote a horrible review that only hurts all the next brides that could have had an honest review of my company, which by the way has had zero reports of unresolved disputes since this date to today, and zero reported to any agency, that's super!!! So please call and find out for yourself the company that has done business on Maui for almost 14 years of thousands of weddings combined.
After I made a deal of compensation to Carlie, the purchaser, I sent a text to review her deal. Never have I seen any report till 2 days ago looking through the keywords for my company and how they perform.

Drinks are free in my limos and at times of high volume, there may have been less than what we want available to all clients, we always have extra everything else and offer a free bottle of champagne, but the bride and groom declined. It looks as if the coordinator was upset that not everything was perfect, I understand, but a review that was hidden for a year and a half is sneeky and unproductive to anybody, just harm. I needed a reply ability immediately to show my side of the coin.

I give this company a zero rating! Terrible service, rude employees, and most of all, Sean, terrible customer service! I am an Attorney, & a GM of a large company and have to deal with irate customers all the time! Not to mention, 1/2 the time, its not our fault! What you did on 11/11/11 was completely your company & driver, Ginger's fault. You have no sympathy for what your company ruined & on your ad, you might want to change the "free alchohol" to one drink for just 2 people because thats all we ended up with. For all the customers inquiring Coastline, look other places. Theres many other limo company's on Maui, Coastline being your last resort! For those of you reading this, yes, they completely messed up on my clients biggest day of her life. Her WEDDING! They picked up the wrong wedding party, didnt even confirm, and drove 10 min away till my client called an employee, Sean, who was completely rude & not sympathetic at all! By the time the limo arrived back to the hotel, they had to unload the party, and load my client and her wedding party into a dirty limo, alchohol 3/4 gone, not to mention 1/2 hr late! Compensation? Nope...barely nothing! Terrible!!!!!!! Till this day, Sean is still harrassing my client!
