Not sure about the problem form the other review was but we had a great meal. Chicken Marsala and baked stuffed lobster was wonderful. I live in CT and eat in-the city all the time and have not had a meal this good in a long time. The Resort is very clean and beautifully renovated. The rooms are charming. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Lake Winnisquam. Nice homemade sweet bread with our continental breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi are HUGE and nice surprise to have a steam room/sauna too. It was also a nice surprise to have a gym too. We paid $99.00 a night. what a bargain! Rooms were nothing special, fairly clean but noisy.
