Fine Lines Autobody

The hail storm on 7/7/09 left my brand new BMW 740 looking like a golf ball. I was so upset I cried for an hour. I called my insurance company and 15 minutes after I got off the phone I recieved a call from FineLines saying they would take care of everything. I even brought my car down to them that same day to be worked on. I thought it was going to take a month to get my car back, but a week later I recieved a call saying my car was all done! It looked amazing!! I couldnt believe it! The gentlemen in the office were very cordial and sympathetic to my car woes. I would reccommend Fine Lines to anyone and everyone!!

Great service,Great work,My dad took all of our cars to Fine Lines and after a major accident with my new pick up truck My truck is like new! They did all the insurance billing. Great well run shop

This year a pine tree fell on our new car Fine Lines repaired it and i have to tell you fast service,and the workmanship was %100 and best of all they did all the insurance paperwork would recommend them

After my car was hit by falling trees during an ice storm, I went to Fine Lines on the recommendation of my insurance company. What a mistake. All the people I dealt with on the phone were extremely rude. They were very uncommunicative as well -- I was constantly having to call them for updates since they never called me. The technician who did the initial repair estimate didn't even bother to do it correctly. After I was told by my insurance company that the car could be repaired, I called Fine Lines to get an estimate of how long it would take. That's when the tech told me that he needed to do a second estimate since the first one he did was basically a quick one because he figured the car would be declared totaled. Sure enough, after the second estimate, it was. I will never use this body shop again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. They don't care about their customers. Gate City Collision in Nashua is much better.
