These guys were rood to me, and I walked out of the store. They have
been around a while, and think they know it all. The prices seem high,
given there is alot of competion.
I went to another store, and had a good exp.

Very poor, and they overcharged me. I check out some other retailers after I made my deposit, and found that this place is full retail. Buyer beware!
I do not want to be biased, so I am not going to tell you where to go. Just shop around. There are about two other places within 100 yards, and they sell the same items for hundreds less.
And I agree with the other chap. They are arrogant there too.

They seem very knowledgable about the product that is out there. I have made many purchases thoughout the years at this establishment. The only black mark I see is the the employees unwillingness to engage a customer and if/when they do they seem to want to hurry you through the process and not spend much time helping you with Q&A's. Unless of course your looking for that $5000 dollar purchase, then you might get some attention. Its called customer service people. Perhaps they should rethink there approach.

At first I was kinda leery based on the previous review but due to lack of options I decided to give them a try. I was amazed their expertise was unimaginable. I left fully satisfied and confident in the purchase I made. All I can say about this place and its employees is...SHAM WOW!!!

Have visited this business on three occasions. I have never received a straight answer or good advice, usually no advice is what I get. So I went on line and found all the information I needed in regards to HDTV and antennas for home use. The sales people need to be a little more informed about the industry not just what they stock.
