Mark is very professional and fair. We have been using his company for over a year now and have been nothing but satisfied. He calls the day prior to cleaning to let us know when the team will come. They always do an exceptional job and if there is ever a concern or question Mark is very responsive and committed to making it right.

We have not utilized the services yet (will do after 1st of year),
but so far it's gone very well. Mark is most helpful and professional.
He has answered all our questions and added suggestions that
appeal to us. He returns phone calls promptly, is polite and
ready to help.
I have no doubt the service will be great.....

They have a list and complete it in a very short time. Sometimes I feel they go so fast that they aren't paying attention to details (the smaller things). I would like them to not be in such a hurry to get to their next job. If we need them to do some extra things, I don't want the normal jobs to suffer. We are charged a set rate whether they are there for an hour or hour and a half. (They are normally there for 1 hour.) Usually have 2 workers come. They are all very pleasant, polite and hard workers. The definitely do not waste ANY time. I would definitely recommend them to others...But when talking with the planner, be specific.

Our team is very professional and do a great job! They always leave a personal note to us and address any focal points or concerns.

I especially love the deodorizers and products that they use.

Calling Pro Time was the best thing that I have done in a long time!!

I actually enjoy my days off now instead of scrubbing the house!!
