    If anyone is considering buying any jewelry at Jareds...DON'T!!! I just found out The Diamond they put in my wedding ring is not the quality they told me it was when I bought it!!! On top of that their customer service is horrible and even though they have had my ring for more than 5months and admitted that is a lesser quality according to IGI they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

    Would give negative stars if I could!

    My husband and I took my engagement ring to the store in manchester, nh. The ring is 100 years old and was passed down from his great uncle. We took the ring to get the shank replaced and get it resized. They managed to take all the details off the ring. There was little bumps on the top of the ring from the shank to the diamond on the top which they managed to melt off. Plus the balls on the sides of the ring somehow got disfigured. Plus the ring still didn't fit. When we told them what they had done, they took the ring back after having it for over a week. They called me and told me it was ready to be picked up, so I went down to the store and the ring was black!! They had done nothing that we said was wrong. They turned the ring black and made the little balls pointy. I then explained to them again what was wrong and they kept it overnight again to get all the black off of it. They managed to do that and put the bumps back on the top after I talked to the tech and showed him and explained IN DETAIL what was wrong. I went and picked up the ring again the next day, and all they had done was take the black off. I brought the ring home, very fed up with them, and the ring still did not fit. My husband then went in and complained to the gm about what had happened and what was still wrong. The gm told him to bring the ring back AFTER the holidays so they would have time to work on it in detail. We went back after the holidays with a picture of the ring that had been taken on our wedding day. The assistant manager wouldn't let us talk to the gm saying he was busy. She went into his office after ignoring my husband for a half an hour (he went in wearing sweats. So obviously they weren't going to help him) she came out and said that they were not going to fix the ring because they already messed it up and didn't want to mess it up more. My husband then got upset and the assistant told him to stop yelling at her. (He wasn't yelling) and the next thing we know, the gm (who was too busy to help us) came running out of his office telling us they were not going to fix the ring and we needed to leave before he called the cops on us because we were disturbing other customers. (The only person who could hear us was the man in line behind us who had heard everything.) My husband then called customer service and they said they would call us back....still waiting.
