This apartment building should definetely go on your don't list! The side street never has an ample amount of parking spaces because people from other streets and the workers from the nursing home across the street park on the street instead of the employee/visitor parking lot which has ample room for them so it's a guarantee that the property manager will have your car towed regardless! Another thing: THIS BUILDING IS A STRAIGHT UP ROACH MOTEL... You can clean and bleach everything down repetitiously twenty times in a row and they'll still come out of your walls and counter crevices in your kitchen! Oh yeah and lastly: It's a guarantee that one of your radiators might not work or they'll cut them all off on the coldest days of the month in November and DecemberPLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE PEOPLE : THIS BUILDING IS NOT WORTH A DIME OF WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR RENT($350.00 for an efficiency), IT'S A RIP OFF!!!
