This is a great place to buy a car or service your car. I leased a car from Mercedes Manhattan 3 years ago and the entire experience has been great. They pick up my car for service, leave a loaner car for me to drive and return my car to my garage clean the next day. Why would anyone go anywhere else? I just picked up a new car from them, they took me out of my lease 8 months early and kept my payment the same! The new car even includes free maintenance! I like the fact that the salesperson is the same person from my last lease. He is also able to handle me from start to finish, no running to the manager! Try Mercedes Manhattan, you will not be sorry.

It's obvious this is a corporate owned dealership....The worst customer service you will ever experience.....Not one person will ever return a call, unless they are trying to sell you a car...Not even management returns phone calls...Don't deal with Christian in service, He is absolutely RUDE with a major tude...I can go on and on ....Oh yeah, the service center will try a tell you to do repairs to your car which is simply not needed, so they my charge you something when you pick up the car.....JUST STAY AWAY !!!!!

This is the best place to biy or service your Mercedes-Benz. The service advisors are waiting for you when arrive, standing in the entrance with mobile laptops to address your needs quickly and get you on your way there was no waiting ime to bring in the car and they had a loaner available as well. Years ago the service wasn't perfect but it is now.

Well, where to start. First off you never get a phone call back when your car is in for service. I have been a customer there for 20+ years and this dealership has gotten horrible. I miss the days of old (90's) The days when Tony, Ray, Joe, Frank, Phil and Craig were there) Now it seems as if there is a different person there everytime I go in for Service. Where dod those other guys go? When I find out I will go there (hopefully its an MB dealer) Take heed... stay away from Mercedes-Benz Manhattan - They dont know what they are doing anymore... unfortunately (remember.. .this is just the Service Department - Sales is still fantastic as always thank goodness!!

We have never experienced a service group as rude and inefficient as the service department at MB Manhattan. We took our car in for repairs and when we picked up the car, the repairs were NOT done. Noone called us back to explain what happened and what they were going to do to rectify their mistake. OBVIIOUSLY they are not concerned with customer service. Even the Head of Client Services dodged our phone calls and I have yet to get a call back from him. Our 'service advisor' was beyond arrogant and did not make the inconvenience he caused us a priority issue to fix. Take it from us, you are better off taking your car into an MB dealership in NJ! Save yourself the headache.
