We brought the Flex for routine service and had one specific concern (Driver's door did not "match" others in closing -- but seemed to be hinged differently.) Our initial tech -- Jason -- was cordial but dubious, serviced the car and noted that no issue was found with the door. When I returned to pick up the car, the door was still un adjusted. When I asked to speak with Jason, he was cordial and at one point exclaimed (while I was showing him the inconsistency), "Wow -- two of us looked it over and we didn't see that before!" and I was insistent that the door be attended. I'm not sure why, but Jason did not handle the repair himself. My manner may have put him off, and if that were the case -- I want to applaud him for *not* becoming confrontational. He referred the matter to Frank the Service Manager. Frank saw the issue right away and despite wearing shirt and tie, adjusted the "strike plate" right then and there and the door now closes effortlessly. By my lights, Jason and Frank should be commended.

I went in to lease or purchase a vehicle, they were down right rude. The sales manager was arrogant and they did not offer basic customer service. I have been to numerous dealerships and have experienced better service. If they realize your questioning the interest rate or leasing options they get angry. Theres no one at this location with integrity, mt family and i will never do business at this location or with for ever.

I own a 2006 Ford Freestyle. When I purchased my vehicle I purchased an extended warranty for $1,500. I have taken my car in for transmission problems, a broken tire arm and unexplained stalling.\r
Each time it was determined by this dealership that the vehicle was not covered under warranty. I was told that the CVT transmission fluid had been changed by someone other than Ford and I needed a new transmission costing me over $4,000. I always take my car to Ford but they decided that Ford didn't do it. I paid nearly $600. to get the fluid changed to the correct fliud and 9mths later the car is running fine without a new transmission. \r
Then 2 days ago my tire arm broke and the dealer stated that I hit something to cause the damage. There is no other damage to the underside of the car..JUST THE BROKEN ARM. Again because of supposed impact or accident, the car is not covered under the warranty. Had I hit something I would have called Geico- NOT Ford.\r
3 years ago the car's engine was surging, revving and stalling out unexpectedly when paused at stop lights. It was determined by Ford that the engine was doing this due to a missing filter on the air box and again NOT covered under warranty. \r
IF FORD ISN'T REPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE TROUBLE WITH THIS CAR I WONDER WHO IS.???\r
The rental that you're supposed to have access to under the extended warranty is also a rip off. You end up paying more out of pocket for the rental.

Cons: Extended warranties are not honored
