I was locked out of my apartment last week and I was very frustrated. I very well knew that due to high BP if i took too much tension - its going to be worst. At that time the only thing i was doing is calling someone for help. thank god, my neighbor are there, they came quickly and tried to open the doors but no success. then i asked him to call any nearest locksmiths and within 10 minutes the guys from Mr. Locks came to my apartment. this is first time when I am reviewing for someone who served me better than everyone else in this field. I owe a small business and from last six months my business is going down continuously. Due to some problems I had with a former tenant of mine ? I had to change the door locks in my apartment. I called a few NY locksmith companies, most of them said it?ll take at least 5,6 hours before they?ll be able to send someone. As this was urgent to me, I continued searching for someone that would send a locksmith within an hour. Finally I came across Mr-Locks. I called; they said their policy is to arrive within 30 minutes. Lo and Behold, within 20 minutes a polite and nice guy (sorry forgot the name...) came, solved the issue, gave me a truly fair rate ? and that was it. Thank you for a job well done!

I found Mr-Locks website after a search for a New York Locksmith in my area. I filled out their free quote form, and within minutes (something like 5 minutes tops) I got a phone call from a very nice and polite lady, that asked me for some info and said she'll send over a locksmith in 15 minutes. No more than 10 minutes passed when I heard the bell ring. The guy - sorry can't remember what his name was...Rob? maybe...
Anyway, he came, did his locksmithing bit - and charged me less than what I had in mind. I never write reviews for anyone - but these guys were not only very professional and fast - but also have extremely affordable rates. Thumbs up for Mr-Locks!

I got locked out a few days ago. A friend of mine recommended Mr-Locks locksmith company - one phone call and 5 minutes later - a Mr-Locks car pulled right in front my house - 2 guys came out and fixed my lock in matters of minutes. They very polite and very professional - I was very pleased with the work they did - and the way the left everything so tidy and clean.
