My company has ordered food from Supreme Subs for quite awhile. Like anything, sometimes people will make mistakes and they have always been polite and will replace an item. On Thursday one item was made wrong, I called and spoke with a female and anyone who knows me knows I do not have a hostile bone in my body. I said to her that my sub was made wrong. I had asked for no mushroom and there was a load of mushroom on my sub. I didn't want my money back just a new sub. She then put me on the phone with a man. To make a long story short he was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and needless to say I didn't get my sub. I could not believe how he was speaking to me and asked to speak with someone else and he said no!
If this is how they run there business I feel sorry for the other customers that have to deal with this type of behavior. He was telling me what I ordered and it was wrong what he was saying. I had witnesses to this scenario,
No matter what business you run in any place or town the customer is ALWAYS right. TO be belligerent on the phone does not help.
Looking into this problem and speaking to other customers that have ordered from this establishment I am not the only one who has had this problem.
Maybe they should hire someone else. Plus when they were called the next day they stated the man that was so rude to me was suppose to call me at work and he never did.
I am not looking for free food or my money back. I want something plan and simple and that is a written apology to me. No one should be treated the way I was on the phone.
