After many painful years of dental treatment, braces, needless surgeries,extractions,root canals,crowns, With limited resources, I went to the NYU school of dentistry. Seated in the implant clinic, I overheard 2 student doctors ( in their 20's ) state "why would she want implants, she's almost 50". I was 47yrs old . Humiliated & Embarrassed I never returned. Worse I couldn't remember the last time I had the courage to smile, due to prior poor dental work & limited resources. I then found Dr.Stephen Lim & his associate Dr.Wayne Kye. Much like Michael Angelo & DaVinci whom as scientists, greatly advanced their state of knowledge in the field of anatomy. Dr.'s Lim & Kye are experts in the evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, treatment of diseases, disorders of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area. Dr.Lim and Dr.Kye were able to reconstruct my (upper teeth ) smile. They have truly found their destined paths. Dr.Lim has paved his road to success with his kind & professional demeanor.

If I had known about dentist-rating websites, I would've written about Dr. Lim ages ago! I've had several different DDS's in the past, and there is no comparison - he is the BEST around. When ppl think of dental appointments, you often grimace, but he almost makes you look forward to getting dental work done! He has state-of-the-art equipment, including x-rays using computers so you don't have to wait for the "film" to get developed. He also has this machine that looks like it's right out of Star Trek that takes an x-ray of your whole mouth at once! And when I needed to get a part of my tooth enamel bonded (b/c of sensitivity), he showed me an educational video clip to better explain what was going on. I loved the numbing agent used on my gums before the needle was injected, too. And throughout the time I got my filling done, he asked if I felt any pain. All of this shows his bedside-manner: he is a caring dentist!! So there's no compromise when you go to him. You get it all: he's knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, no pain, along with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest advances in dentistry. The only thing I wish is that he were closer to where I lived! But I'm willing to travel the distance because he is just that good!

I came to Dr. Lim in desperate need of dental help. I had crowns done previously, and my mouth was a mess. Dr. Lim not only fixed everything but he did an exceptional job. Unlike to other dentists that I?ve been to (And I have been to a few) his attention to detail and professionalism are EXCELLENT.

There are only a few Dentists out there who can be so skilled in treating patients and also be compassionate, friendly and make you feel comfortable and Dr. Lim is NO DOUBT one of them. He and his staff (especially July) take that extra mile to do everything necessary to ensure the success of your treatment.

For the past two years I?ve been under his care and I am a happy patient. So, ?BEST? is all I can say about Dr. Lim. Just try it and you?ll see what I mean.

And oh?his staff is always cheerful and he is a man with sense of humor which is always a plus.

I lost a piece of a filling and they got me in the next day. (I wasn't in pain, so I didn't have to come in immediately and told them not to bump anyone for me.) I got a 6pm appt with Dr. Park.

It was, hands down, the best dentisting I have ever had. Dr. Park had me in and out in no time at all and was super professional and competent. Quite a pleasant experience. Price seemed high (290 for a full filling removal and replacement...surface reconstruction too), but whatever. It was worth it, and I think I've found a new dentist.

Can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Lim's new space is very nice. I think he's a very competent dentist--I have no reason to think he's any worse or better. Prices are pretty expensive, however.

Wow! What a pleasant experience I had with Dr. Lim and Sonya! They gave constant updates on what they were doing and why and really put me at ease. This was my first cleaning since I moved to NYC 2 years ago, but they made feel like I had been coming for years. I'm so happy that I have a dentist that I can go to from now on!

Very tech saavy equipment. Receptionist is very nice. Office is clean and comfortable. Good central location.
