She misleads you on the strenght of your case. Tells you you have an ironclad case. The case starts falling apart. By now she has your retainer. In the retainer agreement she clearly states"if the case is dismissed" she keeps the retainer. She charges for appeals for the case that she lost, telling you that your case was good, but the judge made errors and it can be won on appeal. Appeal for a fee of course. More $$$$$$$$for her.
The fact is the case fell apart because she did not present the case in a meaningful manner supported by case laws, so the defense attorneys can savage your case.
In short she has no interest in going all the way. She just wants the retainer which is very expensive. My new attorney stated she is insanley expensive and she preyed on my volunerbility. Then she hits you up to appeal the case for another 20K on top of the 40K she already charged. She plays the system just draining you for more money. Court transcripts showed she mounted NO real arguments on the strenght of the case.
My new attorney has not charged me not a dime and is trying to untangle the mess Finn made. My case has strong documented evidence that Finn almost lost on a motion to dismiss. At the 11th my new attorney stepped in and put the "motion to dismiss on hold." Finn did nothing and had the nerve to send me a bill amounting to $60k+
In the retainer she put a clause that if I don't pay she can put a LIEN on my HOUSE. That is very unethical. I only signed it because I knew my case was winnable, and was at my wits end trying to get a good lawyer.
FINN IS A PREDATOR.
