I should have written this three years ago! I never write reviews on any site because I just don't have the time. Compliments are great and even when I have been really impressed with a business or organization, I still have never written a review of any type. But in light of the economy and everyone looking for that one place to really be comfortable spending thier money. This is the place for flowers..period!

I spend most of my time traveling back and forth to the East and West Coast.....All the time! Therefore, I often find myself out of town on some of the more important days of the year, Valentine's, Birthdays, Anniversay, etc. After having the opportunity to use several floral shops in the city....all touting how great they are, I was always just a touch disappointed. I requested, "Impress" and I always got "really nice". So I scoured Citysearch and the net to try to find the best shop in the CIty.....and three years ago, I tried Katrina Parris. I asked for "impress" and they just "FLOORED" my girlfriend and all the girls she works with!!!! Point being, Katrina Parris knows how to bullseye the target..... Often I may not be there to see the flowers or arrangement delivered so trust is a big deal....every single time I call they blast a grand slam home run!!!

So, if you don't mind spending a little extra cash for the grand slam, there is only one place in the city to call!!! Their creativity, concern for everyone's well being in the process and most importantly, making your request a reality,....this is THE spot. Don't waste the time I did on anyone else. By the way, I am just a completely fulfilled patron of the store and have nothing to do with their business...so this review is the real deal! Thanks Katrina Parris for not just making myself and my girlfriend smile so big but placing those smiles of jealousy on all the other faces!!!

Florist for me! Katrina Parris Flowers is my go to florist for all my little and big occasions both personally and professionally. Whether it is a small "thank you for your time/business" arrangement or a "congratulations on the new job/baby/home" arrangement or a hand-tied "happy birthday/Mother's Day" bouquet or a floral design for a large client event. I love Katrina Parris Flowers florists' attention to detail even calling to make sure the delivery arrived and the recipient enjoyed them. Plus the flowers are always fresh, unique and uniquely arranged. If you need beautiful flowers to express your feelings to others trust Katrina Parris Flowers! I wouldn't use any other florist.

KPF does fantastic work. Arrangements vary from classic, to trendy, to avant garde, but always elegant. We used them for our wedding, and since they are our neighborhood florist, my husband uses them for Mother's Day, just because, etc... They never disappoint and are extra nice!

I've ordered flowers from them twice online. Once for an important client and the other time for a friend's birthday. Both times I've received gushing compliments and rave reviews on how spectacular and original the flower arrangements were. My client commented on how she's never even seen some of the flowers that were in her arrangement. Their website is so convenient and easy and you always get a phone call as a follow up, they even call you AFTER the flowers have been delivered to make sure your recipient liked them. That's not good customer service...that's OUTSTANDING customer service. Creativity and great design plus service. They are everything you can ask for in a florist. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I learned about Katrina Parris Flowers from a friend of mine. As a Harlem Resident, I try to support Harlem Businesses, when I can be assured of quality. I have ordered from Katrina Parris Flowers on several occasions in the past and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly. The floral arrangements exquisite. I will continue to use Katrina Parris Flowers for all of my special events.

I wanted to send a very dear friend a flower arrangement to congratulate her on her recent promotion. I phoned early one morning and the associate was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She knew which flowers would be perfect for the arrangement based on what is in season. The call took no longer than 5-10 minutes and the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. My friend called me shortly thereafter to thank me for the beautiful, colorful flowers. She was thrilled and so was I. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends in the city and this is the first of many more orders to come.

We used Katrina Parris Flowers on three separate occasions and were more than pleased by the color, syle, warmth and beauty the arrangements conveyed. Whether it was a birthday, thank you gift or funeral - they were responsive, friendly and provided exactly what we needed when we needed - they surpassed all of our expectations. I still am asked where the floweres came from and am happy to recommend this team -they do not disappoint. I highly recommend them for all events and for a spontaneous way to make someone's day. Katrina Parris Flowers ruined our first Valentine's Day together. My boyfriend placed an order the day before Valentine's Day, and it is 5:39pm, Valentines Day, and here I am writing this review. The surprise was ruined because he had to tell me that he ordered flowers and that I should get them by the end of business day. All of his co-workers received their flowers by 12pm, and I have not received anything, not even a phone call. Bottom line----whatever you do, don't order flowers from Katrina Parris Flowers. They really should not take orders they cannot fufill. Furthermore, a courtesy call with the status would have been very much appreciated. At this point, they are not even picking up their phone, and have an answering machine picking up. This is the worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere if you want to get what you actually paid for.

Pros: I'm glad I am able to write this review and save other people from their services

Cons: Had this been for a funeral or some kind of sypathy situation, would be very embarrassing

If you are looking for simple, chic, elegant floral designs, then this is your place. I use Katrina Parris regularly for some really stunning and creative arrangements at home, (she once actually created this lattice-work of delicate green branches with flowers attached that I never could have imagined ? it was gorgeous) but you know you?re still a little nervous when you send flowers you haven?t seen to someone that is important to you. Well she passed that test too. Katrina and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and great at making suggestions. You never have to say ?no carnations please!? Everyone I?ve sent Katrina Parris flowers to have had the same reactions I?ve had: chic beautiful, and how did you find these? It?s no wonder this place has been featured in O Magazine. Check it out. Her arrangements are a breath of fresh air.

I have been extremely impressed with Katrina Parris Flowers since the shop opened. The arrangements exhibit a ecclectic creativity that makes each order that much more special than the previous. I have used them for both personal and business situtions and have never been disappointed. Most importantly, their customer service has not left me wanting yet!

Katrina Parris is the source for flowers when one is looking to convey a distinct message of style, beauty and creativity. A delivery of one of these artistic creations is always followed by the most inspiring "oohs and ahhs" I have used her services for clients as well as friends and recommend her unequivocally. Not sure what to send, her staff is patient, accomodating and always full of suggestions.

Pros: no need to worry about baby's breath or helium balloons!

I have used Katrina Parris Flowers several times and have always been extremely impressed by the quality of the flowers and their freshness. More importanly, my wife loves them so that was matters. I highly recommend them and now keep their number in my phone.

I have used Katrina Parris for both corporate (several hundred participants) as well as personal events. I am always overwhelmed with her talent and creativity! Her work speaks for itself and I have never had a problem with delivery or quality.

I have been extremely pleased with katrina parris flowers - over the past two years I have used them for holidays, birthdays, congratulations, deaths and even corporate events and each time I have been satisfied and the recipient has been very pleased. They are very creative in their arrangements and willing to work with you so that the arrangements suit your desires in terms of flowers, colors, size and budget!

I am usually a "deli flowers" type of man. But when I need to make a special impression, I send Katrina Parris flowers. My girlfriend was amazed by the quality of the flowers and unique, artistic presentation. She made me think that I must have sent her jewlery or a customized piece of art. I have NEVER received these type of benefits from sending any other kind of flowers. Katrina Parris Flowers has become my one and only florist.

I needed flowers sent to several location inside and outside NYC. I didnt want to use 800 flowers and other super highend florists didnt seem interested in helping. I explained what I wanted and they shared great ideas and coordinated the order with other florists that had similar creative experiences. All my friends were amazed and delighted with their gifts. Good people, create service and talented.
