Purchased Lexus GX460 2012. when you buy a luxury car you would expect certain feedback and certain trust and a atleast a reasonable service. You will not get it from Lexus of mess. There is not trust, no professionalism, not handled as a LEXUS buyer. Dont believe what the GM of their website says. Their customer service is horrible. They will ignore you afterwards.Selling is their target , not the service. I purchchased a GX 460 2012 few days ago. The sales man was showing the car with great enthusiasm with lost of features and promises the kind of car you r looking for., but when the car was delivered it was missing lot of the features he promised. When we asked him about those missing features.Straight on your face he lied that he did not promise with those features.( we do not walk around with tape recorders) Our mistake was not to have a Window sticker infront of us while signing up the contract, caz I trusted him. I see some names of salesperson like Stephen Puleo,. Now its hard to belive!!! . i got whole diff experience from lexus of Mess. This review cost me 730000$.Its an expensive learing for me. May be those little features are not the most important things in your life but to be betrayed like this is painful experience. Im sure I will have more cars in my life but thru me Im sure they wont get any more people!!! Why do people Lie???

Second, SORRY BUT I AM NOT THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. "Crashing into a large cement boulder" WHAT? "Major valve spring recall" WHAT? "we disassembled the vehicle and found..." EXCUSE ME? "I offered $250 as a good will" "es350 loaner car" HELLLO???

but, hey, you see? this is the thing. Even you know you're an unsatisfactory agent that creates a lot of complaints and hassles. And there are too many people out there who were unsatisfied and disappointed by your service and I was just one of them. The person you are talking about in your reply, i am pretty sure, must have gone through what I have gone through.

a) You delayed the due service because of your laziness, at best. I found out the insurance company wasn't lying at all. So the two only possibilities are either you were lazy or lying.

b) How do i know? After the never ending waiting, I changed the service center to the Smithtown and it was repaired in a timely manner. NO HASSLES AT ALL.

c) You cursed, more specifically, you used the words such as "f**king" "f**kers" multiple time. Of course you didn't curse at me, you cursed at the insurance company, but that was enough to hurt my feelings. I wouldn't expect such nasty language from a Lexus agent. But at least you yelled at me as if you are SOMEONE. Just watch your mouth cuz you're not a BOSS.

d) I believe I have wasted more than I should when my car was there. No more, enough. that's a logical fallacy that my writing it here constitute that I am a coward. Very stupid. I just wanted to inform other lexus owners who could potentially go to you and to save them from the same unpleasant experience i had. I usually don't write this thing cuz I have no time to do so, but you exceeded the level my patience could endure.

What I will be discussing with your boss won't be whether or not my statement was true, but whether or not he's alright keeping you in the position. I am pretty sure he wouldn't if he knew what you're doing to your customers.

Rick B, In response to Juno G. First thing is the vehicle was left here not for two months but 48 days due to the driver crashing into a large cement boulder that destroyed the underneath of his Lexus sedan. I gave the driver a call once a week to update him of the insurance companies progress and the many updates for more damages to the vehicle. As we disassembled the vehicle we found numerous crash points that were not visable to us or the insurance adjuster that looked over the vehicle with us. 2nd thing is a major valve spring recall was about to be released and the customer insisted to perform the recall before he picked up the vehicle and we had to special order parts before they were even avalibile and that delayed the car for about 3 weeks. All the time this customer was driving around in a loaner vehicle, a 2010 Lexus ES350. I have no idea why this person would state such harsh comments and attack me personally since I was not the one even working on this vehicle. I am what they call a service consultant, I sit at a desk and take orders from people on what is wrong on there vehicle and then send it onto a dispatcher that hands out the work to a cerified Lexus trained technician. In my time dealing with Juno G, I never had any problems arise that would consitute this nasty verbal attack on me. The conversation were always held in a professional manner. From the write up when he 1st came in, to the end when he picked up his vehicle. The only disagreement we had was that he stated I would cover his $1,000 dollar ins deductible. That's is aganist the law and Lexus policy. I replied, I never said anything like that, but I did discount the bill which he was responsible for, in the amount of $250.00 as a goodwill towards him. I have never cursed at him or any other customer for that matter. I would also like to know what is meant by "opening your wallet". You had to pay your deductible that you worked out with your ins company not me. So in closing if you would like to take the cowards way out by lying in this internet posting forum, feel free. If you would like to be a man and confront this matter, my boss, myself would like to discuss this in great detail with you. Peace and God Bless Rick B . My wife and I need a new car, and decided to shop around for a luxury vehicle. After visiting Mercedes, Infinity, BMW,and Acura and had nothing but horrible experiences with salespeople pressuring us to buy. Last Sunday we decided to go see the Lexus vehilces at Lexus of Massapequa and met with Tom Brosnan, he was very professional took us for a test drive on 3 vehicles to make sure it was what we needed. Tom never put any pressure on us to buy from him and explained that more important was that we had a good experience at Lexus of Massapequa. He took his time to go over the lease options in detail, so that we felt confortable. After we met the Sales Manager RICH and he gave us a payment we could afford, and we decided to lease an RX 350. That is when we met with Steve Petito the finance manager and he also was a pleausre to deal with. We both left feeling prety good and the next day we took delivery of our first new Lexus. They delivered on every promisse and made us feel like family. We recomend anyone looking for a Lexus to visit Lexus of Massapequa, they are first class. Thank you, Tom,Rich, and Steve for the great experience, and we look forward to our next purchase from Lexus of Massapequa.

I dont really know about the dealers there as I didnt purchase my car from this dealership. But I DO know about the service department and how bad they are. Did I just say THEY? Let me correct this, I only know a signle person at service dept with whom i dealt with. Flat out, he is the worst human being I've ever had to encounter at any car service dept. RUDE, IGNORANT, LAZY, IRRESPONSIBLE, are some the words he deserves by what he did to me. He delayed my car service for 2 months, by negligence, to say the least. DONT EVER EXPECT THE GUY WILL REPAIR YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU GET TIRED OF WAITING. He will even curse on you if you open your wallet and pay him before you car ever get touched by service guys.

I dont think it is absolutely necessary to disclose his name here. So I won't do it, RICK. don't worry, RICK.

We were looking for a new car and went to this Lexus dealer. They made us sign in and wait for a salesperson to escort us around the showroom. They refuse to let you even look at the cars without a salesperson following you. After 20 minutes we left. I do not like to shop with something breathing down your neck nor do I want to wait 20 minutes for the priveledge of looking at your car.

I got a card in the mail to get a free hat for a test drive. I didn't really want to test drive a lexus because I can't afford one, but I wanted the free hat. I was able to be honest about this with the salesman, and he gave me the hat. I promised I would find him and buy a lexus from him if I ever win lotto.
