HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP Their whole staff seems to be miserable and are most certainly unprofessional. Specifically Anthony P. the salesman, who is 24 years old and acts like he's 10. Zero professionalism, all BS. Between stuffing his face with Burger King or Dunkin Donuts, smoking a cigarette minutes before closing deals, and outright lying to us about the interior color of the car, you couldn't get a worse salesman. Then when we tell his manager, Mark, what had gone down (what with the bait and switches and shady numbers being thrown around), Mark decides he wants to act like a little baby cause I told him I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, and started to march off stomping his feet saying "Fine, don't buy our cars!". It was like the twilight zone. Then we get to the finance guy, Hector, I think it was (who apparently was already warned about us) and he seemed like he couldn't be bothered with ANYTHING. There were 2 strange young people in the office that had nothing to do with the deal, and stayed throughout. Hector refused to explain any of the paper work he was shoving in our faces to sign (it was the first lease we ever did, and told him that several times), and when pushed, he gave a half a** answer. After we sign everything, the price ended up being wrong on the final lease agreement, so we pointed it out and Hector got all mad cause it only $3 more than the agreed up price. Yes, that's not a lot, but it was shady and wrong and not the price we put the down payment on the day before. So he comes back and we look over everything and now the mileage is wrong per year. So we tell him and he flips out. Grabs the paper and storms into the other room. After about 10 minutes of waiting, some other guy, tall skinny, about 50 comes in and finishes the lease signing because poor Hector couldn't handle the deal. He just wanted to go home. We finally go to leave and Anthony P is yapping with the other salesman, smoking a cigarette while waiting for us to come out. He sarcastically tells us we're all set and enjoy the car. No handshake or good luck or nothing. We then ask him for the keys he never gave us TO DRIVE THE CAR HOME. "Oh oh umm well one set is in the cup holder, and oh wait, I gotta go inside and get the other one". He goes in, comes back out and picks up his cigarette he had dropped on the ground on the way in, takes a drag, and says "OK here's the second set, you're all good to go. I'm not gonna get in to show you some of the features, because of the cigarette, but you'll definitely figure it out quick". And off we went regretting the whole thing. But we were desperate and needed the car that night. The place was basically closing in an hour and we had no choice. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR! THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER PLACES.

We bought a used car from them and the guy from warranty dept name richard force us to buy extend warranty, he say if we dont get warranty he will raise up the apr. And he raise up the car price on the final contract. We found out and question him why the price is different then what we talked, he got really pissed and throw us out of his office.And when we found out that extend warranty is not cover like wat he told us, we went in and try to cancel it he say he dont have time to talk to us cz he has a real costumer and he lie about the time to cancel it and refuse to sign the cancellation paper. I think he want to wait until he got the commission, but it will be too late for us to buy from other ppls. People who give five star to this should check your own contract see if theres any wrong. all these ppl give them 1 star for a reason. IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET CHEAT ON THEN DONT GO THIS PLACE.

I bought a new Forte from these guys and was delighted with the experience. From the courteous salesman to the knowledgeable finance manager to the polite and helpful receptionist, I have nothing but good things to say. They even offered me $250 for each friend I recommended that bought a car. Found money since I would have recommended them to everyone anyway.

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. I bought a 2011 sportage and I love it. The sales staff did a terrific job of showing me the vehicle and giving me a fair price on the vehicle. This is my first Kia and I hope to have plenty more

I have been researching various pre-owned vehicles for about 2 months now and when I decided it was time to actually get off my butt and go visit a dealer, this thought made me cringe. Most dealers only want to rip you off and get you into something you dont want at a high price. Not AutoWorld. I had heard about them when I overheard people raving about them at a party. I decided to go and check them out. When I arrived at the dealership I was rather shocked to see the huge amount of vehicles for sale! Its as if they had almost every make available to choose from! The salesman who approached me was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I explained to him that I did my homework and knew exactly what car I wanted. He immediately showed me 3 cars that matched and recommended 4 different makes in the same catergory. After some lengthy and informative test drives, I picked a car that wasnt even on my list! After a presentation of the dealership of which the Service dept is right on the property, it was time to negotiate. It only took, no joke, 4 minutes and the deal was done! The Finance manager actually got me a lower Interest Rate than my bank! I was out and driving my new car within an hour and half later!! I got a late model 2006 Acura TL with low mileage and I love it!! I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new (THEY HAVE NEW KIA's & Suzuki's too!) or pre-owned automobile to check out AutoWorld! Plus! I GOT A FREE AUTOWORLD T-SHIRT! Their staff is friendly without being pushy and their prices are unbeliveable! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! You won't be dissapointed!!

Pros: Convienent Location, Quantity and Quality of pre-owned cars, Knowledgeable and courteous Staff.

Cons: Dealership was a bit noisy due to crowded showroom of customers.
