The Pho is yummy. I love the sauce station in the back -- it has hot sauce, peanut sauce, hot oils, etc., that you can put in your soup. The large is a very big bowl of soup, but only costs $1 or $2 more than the small. I love coming here for a quick and cheap meal, but it's not the kind of place where you're gonna expect fantastic service.

Pros: good pho, fast service

On a cold winter's day in NYC, warm up here with a bowl of hot steaming deliciously flovored noodles. Alternatively, come summer, it's worth a stop to sip some of their cooling bubble tea. The place is cozy and the service is speedy.

I like the chicken pho a lot and while i wish it had a little more chicken I still house it anytime I can. Add a little lime - some bean sprouts - a touch of hot sauce and youll devour it like its your last meal before a trip to the electric chair -

The place itself was very inviting, though tiny; they did place us all the way in the back where it was a bit difficult to get into our seats.
The entree, I had a regular sized Pho with beef, was very filling. We were able to choose which vegetables we wanted to place in our dish, as the green peppers, lemon, and bean sprouts were placed separately on a tiny dish. Price was very reasonable; the bowl of noodles itself was about 8 dollars. The soup was filling, so we didn't need to order anything else.
They also serve bubble tea.

I had the meat shabu shabu. There was soo much food that I was unable to finish it all. They give you a whole heaping of veggies along w/ your meat & it was so filling, yet still heathly for you. I enjoyed my meal very much & would definitely come back. The value is decent as well, comparable to all other shabu shabu places even in chinatown & in flushing as well.

I love this restaurant, I Love the food very affordable and very delicious, I love the service, i love the staff, they are very attentive and very nice but the only problem is the Cashier...I've been going to this restaurant every thursday or friday to dine in , bring some friends and have bubble teas as dessert since they don't have any dessert.. i've doing this for quite sometime actually eversince the restaurant opens i've since them change cashier most of the time ...all of them are mean, but the meanest was this cashier...we would hear her shout and get upset with the waiter and waitress everytime somebody would order the bubba...The nerve of her...Poor waiter & waitress why they allow her to treat them like that, i don't think she's the manager nor even the owner ( but she' acting like one Duh!! ) She's so loud as if she owns the whole place..she's not even nice to the customer.. I hope the management would do something about her, i don't know if the management knows anything about this, how she treats the customer as well as the staff...I am really upset...why stick with her...fat & mean....

The ambience is really cozy and cool, this is one of the cleanest place i've been to along 32nd st. I'm not really an avid fan of noodles or pho but this one is really great, I love it.. I was just passing by and looking for a place to eat until i noticed this small place , looking thru the window i saw that there are more americans inside than koreans eventhough its' in 32nd st where most of the korean restaurants are, so i thought why not give it a try maybe its' really good, so i went inside and got a seat right away ..' i was having a hard time at first communicating with the waiter aside from his big built w/c is not appropriate for such a small place 'cause he's a little bit intimidating, i was asking him questions about the menu 'cause its' my first time but i don't think he knows what he's talking about...anyway i'm so glad that theres' this waitress w/c i think is not korean 'cause she speaks very good english who answers all my questions and recommend almost everything, she's very accomodating and friendly, i've noticed that even some of the customers are calling her by her name, the old lady beside me said that she' is the best and would made feel somebody at home... She recommended Grilled Porkchop w/c is really yummy and the raw beef pho w/c is also amazing...I will definitely come back and ask for her again.. i just hope that they will also play english songs since most of their customers are not koreans... Good & Cheap Food and excellent service !!!

I have been to Pho many times and I love being able to cook my own food at the table. The scene is bustling and energetic, like most restaurants in the area, and I have found the staff to be very attentive. It's a really healthy alternative and a great deal considering the quality of food and pressure off the wallet. The bubble tea is terrific too.

It was the most disgusting restaurant i've ever been to...I ate vermicelli at first it was good..then when i started to mix it there it was...a huge 4 legged insect mixed with the noodle..I don't know what to say nor what to react..i even couldn't move with what i saw...the worst part was the manager didn't even do anything about it...he just say sorry then left...my Gosh!!!! Such a horrible experience..I would expect somebody to say something that will make me feel really good despite of what happen..but they just look at me as if i committed a crime...I don't understand why for such a small place they needed a manager who can't even speak good english..the worst who couldn't even relate to customer....The cashier was so loud ..her voice is so annoying...the waiter and waitress are hard to understand ( speak little english ) it took me 15 mins, to explain what i wanted to eat then end up to vermicelli with 4 legged insect....I swear never to comeback there ...

Let it be known that Vietnamese and Japanese can successfully merge cuisines in a Korean neighborhood. Man I love it here.

I have been to Pho a few times. I must admit my first experience was a bit horrendous because I was unaware we had to cook our meal. I went back the second time and had the grill chicken which was very delicious. The condiments are great. Basically it's something quick and cheap.

I thought the Pho was so-so and was content to continue eating here whenever I felt like Pho, until my most recent experience, which makes me never want to go back there again. First of all, this is just your cheap eat in k-town, so I never expected any service, and although I never skimp on tip, I'd definitely do at least 15% (realizing ppl do this for a living and need to be paid).

But this past Wed, the waitress was rude enough to DEMAND a 6 dollar tip, on a meal that was a little over 34 bucks. I had already given her 5 bucks tip (and to be honest, if I had change for a dollar, I prob would have given it to her anyway). But before I could ask my roommate for another dollar, the waitress got completely rude and said, "this must be at least 6 dollars tip!" When my roommate heard the waitress actually demand a minimum tip from us, she simply refused b/c she was completely livid at the waitress's lack of propriety. I realize this is a cheap eat, so I shouldn't expect much, but yelling and demanding a minium tip on a 34 bucks meal? It's disgusting. I will never go back there again, and for anyone else's sake, I hope you don't either... unless you want to be yelled at by some waitress who does nothing but sit back and collect her minimum tip without giving you any service for it.

Pros: None. Why would you eat here when there are plenty of other good places on the same block in k-town?

Cons: Service is beyond poor, it's disgusting.

Pho 32 isn't the place to bring to impress a date. However, it's a great place to grab a bite to eat. Pho 32 is really cute with clean, fun, simplistic decor. For an average of $14/person you can get a really good dinner. My personal favorite is the Spicy Beef Bowl with rice. Not every night out has to be finished off with creme brulee. This place is perfect for those times when you just want Jello. Tip: No real need to make reservations as the guest rotation is fairly quick here.

This place is not that bad (but I didn't say it was fabulous either.) Quick, inexpansive, and acceptable decor & services.

I go here often for Pho and sometimes Shabu Shabu with friends. The food is great, the service quick and friendly and they have 2-for-1 drinks during happy hour (which ends at 7 pm--not sure when it starts). A great place for a quicky, cheap bite to eat.
