1. They're always late -- arriving 3-6 hours after they promise they'll come. (If you use them, make sure you take down Mohammed's number (the repair guy) and call every hour to make sure he's going to come. One time, even after we called two times to confirm, he just didn't show up. Another time, he came at 10 p.m.

2. The office help is rude. They seemed to think they were doing us a favor by servicing our machine.

3. Mohammed left a mess at our house.

4. They lied repeatedly about the status of a part they were ordering. For two weeks I was told it was in transit from the supply company. Then I was told the item was backordered (but why would you think it was being shipped)? Either they lied or they're ignorant of their business.

This company is the WORST I have ever seen and dealt with. Shame on them! We have a LG Plasma TV that needs to be fixed with the screen. Top digital was assigned by LG to do the work. It??s now nearly 3 months, and our TV still not fixed, not mentioning in the mean time how many lies they told and how many times they pised us off. For example, they gave me a call two and a half months later and asked me for updates of status of my TV, while my unfixed TV is in their shop all the time! And I asked the manager Mahamad there how long it's gonna take to fix the TV, he said:"maybe one week, maybe two, maybe a month, who knows..." and in this three months, we heard many times of "your TV will be done next Tuesday, give me a call next week". And be ready to wait about 6 to 9 hours for them to come on an appointment. It??s just a bunch of irresponsible liars there.
